La chambre, son confort, son calme. La proximité du tram, menant au centre ville et à la gare.

Hôtel de bon confort, bien situé à Angers. Les lits sont très confortables, la salle de bain spacieuse. Notre chambre au 4ème étage donnait sur la rue, mais nous n'avons souffert d'aucun bruit même avec la fenêtre entrouverte.
Le prix est plus que raisonnable avec le petit-déjeuner varié inclus. Le check-in et check-out étaient très rapides, personnel aimable et disponible.

Sauber und professionell. Großzügiges Appartement mit Küche. Groß genug um mein Fahrrad mit reinzunehmen.
Großes Bad mit guter Dusche, Wasserspender fro free.

Accueil synmathique, appartement très propre, agréable, fonctionnel. Très calme. Très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville.
Un seul défaut: des oreillers étaient inconfortables, nous l'avons signalé au départ.

The apartment was functional and just what we needed for our stay. (2 nights). Close to where we needed to be and about a 10mn walk froM the centre.
The apartment was functional, fine for a short stay. The cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen area was disappointing. (Dirty floor, tomato sauce splatters on the wall near the table). But the room was fine for our needs.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The location was good for getting into the center of Angers, close to the cathedral and castle.
The hotel was somewhat institutional, so it lacked the comforts of a regular hotel. The bed could have been bigger for 2 people also.

In general, everything is fine, good location of the hotel for tourists who want to explore the city
as usual: poorly thought out / designed small accessories such as the location of sockets, lack of hangers / hooks for clothes, shelves for shoes

A bit utilitarian. Garage entrance rather tricky to negotiate with an up and over door and very narrow.

Location was perfect and the staff are lovely. Kids loved the free cakes and pastries in the lobby every day.

Rooms where very clean, and the staff where very welcoming and would assist with any questions.
The garage is secure and well lit.
Everything you read on suggests the heating is on all the time, this is not the case we stayed on the first floor and dont think the heating came one one.

Great location for our ventures in Angers. Great price for the time we were staying there.
Shower was a little unclean.
We were unable to turn the heating on in the bedroom, and it would've been restricted to 19⁰c even if we could've.

the black guy at the reception on night shift was very grumpy and arrogant the way he was talking he think he’s the owner of the place. the management should sack him!

Apartments are simple but nice and confortable, and have everything or almost we need for short or medium stays. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location is great as it is very closed to the old city center (easy to get there on foot), it has a supermarket just on the next door, place was quiet and it had private controlled parking (we reserved in advance)
The shower water was quite weak, but no problem at all with water temperature
