The condo is perfect. It is new and well decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like alll the needed items were there. The location in the downtown is great. You can easily walk to all the downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. The one down side is the location to the bus station which is directly across the street. There are a lot of homelss that congregate in front of the building over night and in the evenings so many nights we heard arguments between them. We would have to walk around some when heading downtown. We never felt unsafe but definitely made us more aware of the surroundings. Once in the building

This was conveniently located. We visited the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and local shops/breweries. The host gave us great restaurant recommendations.

My family and I stayed here for a 4-day visit to Asheville. Having the attached parking deck was wonderful! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. My daughters loved that there was an extra loft bed in one of the bedrooms, so they both had their own bed. Very clean with a nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is clean, new, and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for a small family or even friends to spread out and relax. The location is off the main drag but just steps from all the restaurants and fun of downtown Asheville. Definitely recommend!

Stayed with our 3 young adult children when visiting family for Christmas. Location was perfect as we could walk to everywhere. Garage parking very safe and convenient. Apartment had everything we needed.

Condo was very clean and modern with plenty of quality linens plus roku tvs in livingroom and bedrooms. The access codes on parking garage, elevator and unit made us feel quite secure once we mastered them. Although theres a bus depot across the street, we were pleased with this location and enjoyed shops, breweries, the art museum and restaurants within easy daytime walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the vista from our 4th floor balcony with gas grill. I think that may have reduced exposure to street noise.

We would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to stay and cook in. The location was perfect, we walked to shops, restaurants and breweries.

Our daughter is 10 and goes to a private school online with students all over the United States. Her school books a retreat every year so all the children can see each other face to face. This year they choose Asheville. The accommodations were superb and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was super clean and we loved the security of the place. There are codes to get into everywhere, the parking garage, elevator as well as the room. I didnt mind one bit because the Security of my family was most important and we felt very secure. The trip was wonderful and we will be back again. Thank you for allowing my family to use your beautiful property

The family came to Asheville for Memorial Day weekend and stayed at this property. The property was clean and we could walk everywhere we wanted. Additionally, this building seems to be a relatively new construction.

Our unit was very comfortable, appeared to be recently remodeled. Up-to-date appliances (Bosch) with a nice gas stove. The showers were excellent with plenty of hot water. And, the beds were very comfortable.
Our location set us w/i two ot three blocks of central Ashville with its many restaurants, shops and culturaly-focused venues.
One may easily set up tours into the Blue Ridge Mtns.(hiking, biking, site-seeing) the Biltmore Estate and grounds, or elsewhere in or around this vibrant city. The River Arts District is a must-see as is the Biltmore Village.
Overall, a very nice condo for a relaxing yet engaging experience.

The stay was great! So close to downtown. We were there for the marathon and had easy access to the race start and all the fun. The condo had great little touches and they thought of everything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

I went with my husband and friends. We enjoyed the condo. 4 adults were very comfortable. Plenty of coffee, half and half upon arrival. Nice gas stove, I never used it but would have loved to. The apartment was clean and very secure with multiple codes needed to entire the elevator, parking garage and unit. The parking garage is great, therefore my car was safe and secure. The unit only allowed for 1 parking space so my friend had to park in a parking lot nearby (which was not idea). Otherwise it was a perfect.

This place is just amazing for its price and location and how amazing it looks inside. They had everything we needed. The grocery store was right down the block, bus station right across the street, downtown one block away. I will be staying here again and again!!!

Me, my spouse, and teenage son and my parents stayed 3 nights for Christmas. Wonderful condo. Clean. Spacious. Convenient location. We’d asked if they had a Kuerig and they didn’t but one was there when we arrived! Fuse blew on microwave and it stopped working the last day. Ice maker didn’t make enough ice. Still a great stay!

Very beautiful and well appointed apartment. The apartment was clean and provided all the needed appointments. Several remotes didn't have batteries. Definitely a 5 Star property.

Nice place but too many homeless walking around looking for handouts. Also, 3 different security codes made loading and unloading a bit of a problem. There is no luggage cart in the lobby for use by tenants.

This rental is very comfortable. It is conveniently walkable to downtown as well as the breweries in the South Slope area. And it is an easy drive to Biltmore and the River Arts District. It was a great visit.

Location was very accessible (short walk) to downtown area and main central fare. Aparyment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything. Very pleased.

Condo doesn't have a lot of style or flare but it is clean and rental company is very responsive! Location is great for walking to shops and dining, and easy access to leaving the city for hiking and waterfront area. Two downsides: the showers are super slippery and the view from the condo is the bus station, which is not so great (and you wouldn’t want to walk around it alone at night).

Location was wonderful--walking distance to many delicious restaurants and breweries. The condo set up was great for two couples. We thought it was more attractive in person than in depicted photographs. We had a great stay, thank you so much!

Really nice and clean. The garage parking was secure, but a little tight. The apartment was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. It is across from the bus station, so there are often homeless people nearby at night. We did not feel unsafe at any time and an Uber from anywhere downtown was about $8.

Condo is great location to walk around downtown. Close to Orange Peel so if there is outdoor concert, you will hear it. They dont play late though.

Loved our stay at Brandon’s place. So clean and comfortable, love the space and layout. Everything we needed was there. Great comfy beds, and awesome showers. So convenient to lots of great restaurants, we walked everywhere. Will definitely book this place the next time we visit Asheville.
