We loved our stayed. It was very clean, very close to campus and overall great. Check in and check out were easy, parking was great. Location was short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Great location to all the things we wanted to do. Short drive to Magnolia and other shopping. Lots of good places to eat close by and across the street is Baylor University. Seems like a safe area and was quiet at night.

Great location across from the college. Everything we did was no more than 7 minutes away! Great options for food, drinks, shopping, etc…. great little place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, the only thing I would change honestly is the TV’s in the room, a little bit bigger would be nice for those of us with terrible eyes. Overall definitely would stay there again!!! Great little birthday getaway!

I love this property. It is super clean, has cotton sheets, all the items you need for a long term stay and is located right across from Baylor. I used them several times as I’ve traveled from Alaska to Texas to see my daughter at Baylor.

Great property! Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of seating at the long bar type table. The only tv is downstairs in the living room but they provide cable. If you stay be sure to go see the 2 bear cubs in their habitat close by!

This is a cozy, two-story bungalow across from Baylor. It had everything we needed including a full-size washer and dryer and kitchen. We will stay again.

Waco Getaway!
My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this updated condo very much! The location was convenient to everything in Waco. Anything we needed was provided, and the bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet.. The property manager, Ashley, went above and beyond in helping us…extremely friendly and accommodating! Shout out to Gabby, too! We hope to stay here again soon!

All the little thoughtful touches made it feel like home
It seemed that most of us on property came to town to host Thanksgiving with our families. It was lovely seeing all of us gathered to celebrate. The condo was perfect and made us feel at home. I would definitely do it again. It was an added perk that we were across the street from the Baylor Union because it was a nice and peaceful place to walk the dog. Simply lovely and worked perfectly for our needs.

Unit was Clean, Ashley the prop manager was easy to communicate with through text and app., great unit. Would stay at the property again. Great to have the lounge area outside of unit to hang out. Worked great for my family with three younger kids.

Cute and Close to Everything
This little condo was so perfect and had everything I needed for my stay. It is super close to everything - campus, grocery store, the Convention Center - and it was easy to get anywhere I needed, even with the road construction and traffic. Even though it is was right across from campus, it was super quiet and peaceful. The full kitchen was really nice to have, and there was super fast wifi. I really enjoyed my time there.

Perfect Location for Silo Marathon Runners!
There were four of us staying at this property to explore Waco and all the Magnolia sites. Three of us ran in the Silo 1/2 marathon. The property location is perfect. We were 2 miles or less from everything- groceries, restaurants, silos. For the morning of the 1/2 marathon, we walked to the Silos for the start of the 1/2 marathon. It was nice to not have to drive a car and worry about parking. The amenities in the property were plentiful. This place has everything you need and is very central. At night, it was quiet, which was perfect for us as well. If we ever travel here again, I would book this property again in a heart beat.

The unit was clean, easy to enter, stocked with extras, and had great amenities! The manager is a great communicator and responds quickly!
The unit is close to everything Magnolia (the restaurant, the market, and the scratch and dent store-their original little shop on Bosque) and is literally minutes away from everything! It’s located across the street from Baylor and has a great atmoshphere outside. The inside doesn’t disappoint either! Its quality made, nicely decorated, and has all the movie channels!!!
As a timeshare owner, I usually stay in timeshares or a hotel. This was my first vrbo stay and it was great!!!

Took a recent girls' getaway weekend to Waco and we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. Perfectly located and convenient to much. Accommodations were clean, updated and well-appointed.
