This was the best VRBO for our group of 13! There was plenty of beds that were comfortable (even had room for more to sleep if needed), plenty of mirrors/plug-ins/bathrooms (3) for our large party to get ready each day/night. We were so impressed with the kitchen and how well-stocked it was with pans, cooking utensils, spices, allowing us to cook several meals there throughout our long weekend. Ann was super communicative, providing her cell phone and checking in on us via text throughout. She accommodated an early check-in and later check-out if we needed it. Has a large, fenced in yard out back with corn-hole, horseshoe rings, roomed-in porch space that was perfect for an afternoon outside for games. Overall, highly recommend this place! It was a short Uber/Lyft to all the best places, and even with our large group, no one spent >$20 on a ride. This was such a good experience, probably one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay and it was so nice to have regular beds for couples, instead of twin beds. The back porch was our go to every night to unwind. The house is very nice, clean and the most equipped house I have ever stayed at, the neighborhood was not our favorite, but the house was very close to where we all wanted to go. Quick Uber rides). The communication with Ann was wonderful. She went above and beyond. I would definetly stay here again with a group. We had 10 of us (5 couples) and we each had our own space.

This property is exactly as described. A clean, comfortable space for spending time with family and resting your weary head after time spent in Downtown Nashville. Feels like home. Plenty of room for our large group. Convenient to Downtown and other attractions. Our Host was gracious and responsive to all messages and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a darling house with great sleeping arrangements and super comfy beds! The house is very well stocked if you want to cook and there is plenty of space for ten plus. Two of the bathrooms are not very big but all of the added mirrors in every room plus numerous stand mirrors were great and very much appreciated by all of the girls on the trip! It was also very hot when we visited and although the air conditioning works great (Ann had it cooled to 73 for our arrival), we appreciated all of the extra fans that were all over the house. Location was great too! Very easy Uber ride to Broadway, Opry, Top Golf and Grocery Store. And last but not least, Ann, our host was terrific. The house was ready, clean and cool when we arrived. She checked in multiple times with us just to make sure we didn't need anything. If we decide to make another trip to Nashville, we will hopefully have the opportunity to stay at this house again.

There was 11 of us in Nashville for an bachelorette party. We had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is spacious as well as the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable.
Ann’s place is about a 10 minute Uber ride to broadway.
We had an early 11:30 am check-in and there was a little miscommunication, and we were not able to get in till 2, but we made it work. We went grocery shopping and had lunch. Ann was very apologetic and offered us a late check out. Ann was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. I would recommend her place. We had a great time!

We had an AWESOME time at this property!! The host, Ann, was very prompt and thorough with any questions as well as very accommodating. The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 friends/family coming to Nashville to celebrate my 50th! It was very spacious, clean, equip with toilet paper, soaps, shampoo/conditioners, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and full stocked kitchen!! The beds were all very comfortable and nice to have so many bedrooms for privacy. We enjoyed the screened in porch each day! We would definitely stay here! Exceeded our expections for sure.

We had plenty of room for 10 people. The house was located not far from downtown. Very short Uber/Lyft ride that noy cost $10 for 4 people or $15 for XL. Communication was great! We could have had 4 more people join us. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space!

A perfect fit! From the luxurious beds - we even had leftover spots (no bunk beds, no pull out couches counting as a bed), vanity area, fully stocked house, screened in porch, extra parking, backyard to spread out and play some cornhole, the absolute Uber-Jedi’s that were fast and cheap from the house to anywhere in downtown and last but definitely not least…our amazing hostess Ann. The house is so clean and inviting when you walk in. It is large enough for a family Reunion. We had 12 adults in our stay and we fit very comfortably. Anne was so pleasant to work with, she checked in with us thoroughly our trip. It is about a 7 minute Uber ride down town which is amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the layout on this craftsman home is just perfect. She had everything, we did pulled pork in the crockpot, we had breakfast and coffee every morning at the house. Everyone had enough room and their own space. Anne gave us an early check in and it just felt very comfortable while we were away on our long weekend!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 10 in Nashville for the first time. This house was the perfect place for a large group as it was so spacious. The beds were ultra comfortable and the outdoor screened in porch was a perfect spot to unwind as a group at the end of the day. The neighborhood was very quiet and accessible to downtown via a short Uber ride. I highly recommend this house. Great experience and Ann was fantastic as well with great communication and suggestions for restaurants and honky tonks

Our stay at Ann’s house was wonderful . The house was very big , actually higher then I had expected ! Everyone had enough room to feel comfortable and not crowded . Having three bedrooms is a plus as well! The horse shoes and bags was an added bonus for when we didn’t feel like going out for the day or night . It was a great break . We would definitely recommend this house to family and friends .

Ann's property is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally accommodating for the (5) of us as we all had comfortable rooms with independent bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were great areas to relax between our adventures around Nashville. Ann has thoughtfully equipped the house with all things that make us travellers comfortable. Absolutely fabulous weekend. The size, location, and number of beds were huge in the decision making process and did not disappoint. The kitchen and the screened in back porch were extra additions that enhanced our stay. Located close to the interstate, Nissan stadium and the Broadway strip made getting around easy. All guests were satisfied with their stay, which is difficult when dealing with large groups.

This was my first experience renting a house on any site. Also, first time in Nashville, I believe I got lucky when I found Ann’s property!! My brothers and sister and I hadn’t been together in one city since 2004, and we needed a house with just the right type of accommodations. Ann’s property was perfect!! 4 comfortable bedroom and a flex room, which is really a 5th bedroom with a king bed, 3 bathrooms. Spacious, clean and in a great location, close to downtown Nashville. Ann is a wonderful host and I had an awesome time with my family.
