The property has a lot of potential. That said, the unit needs to be updated as it is pretty worn out, both the furniture, appliances and the base unit. The bedrooms are small and the listing says it sleeps 15. We had 10 adults and it seemed tight.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! What a gem. 😀 Plenty of space and everything we needed. Located in a really nice, safe neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Thank you for having us! We’ll be back when the weather is a little warmer- however the quiet and privacy of the off-season was really nice too.

This place was clean, spacious and a great place for a large group. The location is in the vicinity of all OC entertainment but still in a nice quiet area. I forgot a speaker at the place and the host was kind enough to ship it back within days. Great transparency and communication from his end. NOTE, the third party sheet and towel service was flawless. We used Sea Play Homes and everything was waiting for us at the door for check in.

The property was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stairs were tough on a few of us but, we knew about that beforehand. The view of the sunrise was great. Side view of the swamp was nice.
The biggest complaint we have is that the property we looked at online was not the property we were assigned.
The bedrooms were listed as listed. Bedroom 3 had bunk beds not 2 doubles and a twin. Bedroom 4 had 1 queen no twin. So, we were unable to sleep everyone comfortably. The guy with the bad knees had the top bunk. I'm not sure how the mix up happened. If there is a next time. I'll need to confirm verbally what we are really renting. Somehow, I thought we were in unit 119E. We ended up in unit 115B.
So, the bottom line is the unit was very nice and clean but, the bedroom situation really put a damper on the stay for the guys on the bunks and the sofa.
All in all we still had a great time.

We rented this space over Thanksgiving. Everything was very clean which I greatly appreciated. Location was wonderful and close to the beach. Easily accessible and ample parking. We had 12 in our party and everyone had space to spread out and be comfortable. Main living space is spacious with a large sized table. My only critique would be that there's only a Keurig, not a coffee pot. For coffee drinkers (like we are), this was a bit of a bummer as we truly don't prefer Keurigs, and had I known, I would've actually brought my own pot. Otherwise everything was wonderful and 5 stars!

This was a perfect location! The unit itself was fantastic and we will be looking to stay here again! It has a very welcoming feeling, plenty of room and has your basic needs such as dishes pans pots mugs etc and it was nice and clean.

Plenty of room for 12 people. Liked the key code security. Plenty of parking spaces, easy access to the pool. The downside was three sets of stairs, I wasn’t ready for that. Could have been cleaner and the AC we couldn’t find a happy medium, always too hot or too cold, but owner, very accommodating.

The townhouse accommodated all of us quite well. Beach access was easy and close. The community pool was extremely nearby, clean and open most of the day into the evening. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glassware and dishes, though we had to rewash several dirty dishes and some silverware that we took out of the cupboards. Master bedroom (ground level) has broken cord for blinds and we found trash under that bed. Would have appreciated it if lamps were plugged in to an outlet in each room so that wall switches turned them on upon entering room. Bathrooms were clean and mildew-free. Loved having the handy hose for cleaning off sand before heading inside each time we returned from the beach. Very much appreciated the house owner's assistance working with the linen delivery service since that company delivered the wrong size sheets for us. Owner may want to check the garage door; it is extremely noisy every time it opens and closes and might need maintenance. The plunger did the trick during our stay, but the garbage disposal did clog and also might need some maintenance.

This was the perfect get away for our spring break trip! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, putt putt, shopping, etc. and anything that wasn’t walking distance was literally a short car ride away. Beach was right down the road and easily accessible. That’s where we spent our entire week!

My friends and I were looking for the perfect place to spend a few days together in celebration of our best friend getting married next month. It was a beautiful, spacious house and was location closely to many great food places and activities (e.g., bowling, mini golf, etc.) the check in and check out process was as straight forward and simple as it gets. The condo was excellent. My 4 sisters and I used it as a quilt retreat get way. The was plenty of room for all of our sewing machines and other equipment. One a short walk to the beach.

Had a great stay at this property. The landloard was accommodating and the place was clean. Convenient location. Close proximity to the beach. We had a group of 13 girls that all had a bed so it’s spacious.

Newer property with nice decor at a great location for a family with small children. Short walk to the beach! We like the Midtown location as it is central to everything. A hose is available to wash down your sandy feet before entering the property in the garage and front door which was convenient. Having multiple bathrooms was a plus too!

Great time ease of stay was next level
We were given ample information about the property. I loved how easy it was to get info about the locks and check in. Made it slot easier plannfing the trip not having to worry about getting keys or dealing with that. The house was clean and a great place to stay at. Right next to the pool was a plus and even near a dock. Thanks for the stay highly recommended
