Nashville Marathon
It was a nice house in a great location. We were able to get into the city quickly and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The only negative issue was that the master bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned before we arrived. We only noticed the dirty master sheets when we were going to bed. We called for assistance and were advised to use a set of new sheets (still in the Amazon package) that were locked in a closet. Of course these sheets had not been washed yet!

Perfect home away from home!
My family & I stayed at this property the 2nd week of April & had a wonderful experience for our first time in Nashville! The host was easily accessible & responded immediately to any of our questions. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated & well maintained. The beds were very comfortable & there was plenty of towels. The home was exactly as described & in a perfect location of East Nashville. The driveway was a little difficult to maneuver up due to some loose rocks but that might be due to the heavy rain storm the day we arrived. Perfect accommodations for our family!

Very nice home
This home was very nice. It was very clean and plenty of space for 8 adult guests. Within walking distance to five points and a short uber ride downtown. I highly recommend and would come back to this property should the occasion arise.

Nice location
The only complaint I have is the smaller bathroom needs a longer shower liner and it needs a new rod and hangers. They are rusty and didn’t slide well at all and easier for the floor to get wet with short liner. Needs a longer one with weighted bottom. I would love to know the brand of the mattresses! I should have remembered to ask. They were very comfortable! Everythg was close by Uber /walking. And, safe loocation.

Perfect location
This place is perfect! You feel safe at all times and it has just what you need for a little getaway! It’s only about 8-15 minutes away from any destination in downtown with Uber’s and Lyft averaging around 15 (super cheap split!!!). Everyone we went with raved about how comfy the beds were, appliances and dishes we needed were all provided and they had body wash/shampoo that doubled and conditioner! Truly had everything you need for such a bargain. I will for sure be coming back her next time Nashville is on my itinerary. (I am from a big city and live uptown but didn’t hear construction and had a fan in the room so I slept right through any potential traffic noises!)

Nice House for a Girls Weekend in Nashville
Just returned from a fun weekend girls trip to Nashville, and the house was a perfect choice for lodging! The property managers were super responsive via text and email, and we did not need a thing. The pictures of the house are accurate, but it was much larger than expected with outdoor space and an extra sitting room. This house is wonderfully decorated and has every amenity you can imagine. Just remember to bring your own soap/shampoo and ear plugs as it's on a busy street and there is neighborhood construction! We enjoyed having common space for hanging out, eating breakfast and everyone had plenty of space with a huge bed. This was a wonderful alternative to a hotel with close proximity to downtown (lyft or car necessary).

Spend the weekend there for a bachelorette party with 10 girls. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for us, a quick cab ride to downtown. We had a wonderful experience. Isabeau was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here :)

Great house in a great location
The house looks just like the pictures, in great shape. This was booked for a girl's trip and there was plenty of space to sleep, get ready, and lounge in the living room. The backyard has a nice gathering space and its in a great location! East Nashville is a great area and just a short uber from Broadway. Ms. Miller was very accommodating and checked in to make sure we arrived and everything was to our liking. Would definitely go back!

Well-appointed, clean home in great location!
Our family gathered to all be together for Thanksgiving. Great kitchen made dinner prep painless. There was plenty of room to gather and smart tv's were great for football. The beds were comfortable so everyone rested well. The owners were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay in this home again!

Perfect spot for a reunion!
This is a beautiful home. 5 friends and I met in Nashville for a girls weekend, and to celebrate our birthdays. This home was the perfect size for us. It is completely renovated and was very comfortable and clean. Exactly what we were looking for, and exactly as described. It is a quick car ride from downtown, and an easy trip to the airport. We enjoyed mornings in the kitchen, dining and living room space. And it was a nice place to return home to after enjoying this wonderful city.

We truly enjoyed this home. Nine girls for a bachelorette weekend and we all slept comfortably and were able to get ready for our outings with the bathrooms. Only detracting we can think of would be the traffic volume as the house is located on the corner of a fairly busy area.

Great Bachelorette House
We stayed here with 6 girls for a bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect. The area is great for getting around Nashville. Pretty much everything was a 10 minute drive from the house. We had a blast and would definitely recommend the house to others.

This home was wonderful! Looked exactly like the pictures. We had 9 people and fit comfortably. Everyone loved it and wants to come back. The house was close to downtown and a quick cab ride away. Highly recommend. The only suggestion that came from the girls was adding a full length mirror.

Lovely house - great location in East Nashville. It's very close to downtown, with a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of the city, or a quick cab ride. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything guests will need. Highly recommend.
