Was very glad we chose this rental! Everything was great. Steps from an excellent beach. Easy check-in with no extra fees for the resort or for parking. Great communication. Great accommodations. I definitely want to stay there again.

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The room had a very nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. The location is also great as it is a short drive to all of the restaurants and activities on the island. My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Small, but cozy condo, and a great location close to the stairs taking you to the pool or beach. Location only a short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf. Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed time in the smaller pool as the larger pool is a bit busier with loud music. Plenty of beach gear just outside, so no need to bring your own.

The unit was stocked with everything we needed and more. Fresh baked cookies waiting for us had me sold from the moment we entered out unit. Excellent view from the balcony, my wife and I spent every morning looking at the ocean while having breakfast. The unit and property was well kept, a good amount of stuff to do with restaurants on site. Plenty of stores within driving range. We are already planning our next visit and plan on staying at the same unit.

I want to start with how accommodating our stay our was! From beach chairs and umbrellas, to beach toys, to extra beach towels and flip flops. To even having a stocked bathroom cabinet of shampoos/conditioner, body wash, hair care, feminine items, etc. I was SO impressed with the accommodations. Michele was so easy to get in touch with, check in and out process was a breeze, our room was exactly the way it was pictured, and the resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We will be back, and we will certainly book this same room!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and up to date. The host supplied any beach items we many not have thought to bring and we had all the household items at our finger tips! The cookies were a nice touch as well. We will definitely look for this unit the next time we stay.

The property was absolutely as advertised with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Resort was fantastic and the amenities including the beach, pool, onsite restaurants, and playground were a huge hit all around. We will definitely be back!

The condo is small, but very well laid out and everything is awesome. The balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. You are very close to the beach. The bed is evidently a Tempur-pedic bed and extremely comfortable. Best bed. We have slept in in a very long time.

This was our second stay with the Beach Sisters. Their place is just amazing. HHIB&T resort has great amities. The ease of check-in and accessing the property after an 11 hour drive was a breeze. The place was very clean well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in to avoid crowded restaurants. The welcome plate of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies made a perfect vacation cheat snack with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the view. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was just as it appeared online, it was very,very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the tiki bar. Michele was great to communicate with, and I’m sure we will return. So overall, we’d give it an A+.

Overall, it's a nice place. I was somewhat concerned with the memory foam mattress that was on the bed, but it turned out to be very comfortable. Bedroom is very small, but adequate to sleep. Remote controlled fans was a very nice touch!
I did not like the layout of the building and it was a hike from the elevator to this room, especially since the luggage cart would not fit through the condo door or hallway doors without both doors being open.
I was a little surprised having to take out the trash and strip the bed prior to leaving. This was my first experience with VRBO and I don't know if that is typical or not with these type rentals. I thought that would be covered with the cleaning fee. Nevertheless, we complied.
I came into Hilton Head for a conference and thought it would be nice to get a couple of days of rest prior, so we opted to rent this condo for Friday and Saturday before moving to the conference hotel Sunday.
It rained most of the entire weekend and the balcony was of no use due to the rain and wet patio furniture. We probably wouldn't have anyway due to the marsh/swamp that was around us, which did not smell pleasant at all.
We did explore a little while there and for the life of me, I can't see the "draw" of Hilton Head. Most everything is gated and stores are hid behind required landscaping. It is somewhat of a "dark and mysterious" place to me. HH is just not my cup of tea. But if it is, this place will serve you well.

Absolutely perfect long weekend. The weather was gorgeous, sunsets amazing, and the condo was perfect. Wonderful location. Beautiful touches. Filled with everything you need. The place felt like home. Would return in a heartbeat.

My husband and 1.5 year old daughter stayed here. We really enjoyed it! The property has a great view, is exactly as shown in pictures, and conveniently located close to restaurants and attractions along with a 3 min walk to the beach via the resort's private beach access boardwalk. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies you could need like pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, etc. The fridge is very large to hold all your food supplies. The bedroom is super dark at night; the black out curtains made for a perfect night of sleep. The balcony is roomy and perfect for morning coffee. The owner was very easy to chat with quickly to answer our questions. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

The location was great and it was really sweet cookies were left for us when we arrived; the kids loved that. The mattresses were hard/uncomfortable so we didn't get much sleep but the kitchen had coffee so that was really nice.

Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable! It had everything we could need and was well stocked with all the essentials. Location was great, Kroger, Whole Foods and other grocery stores were less than two miles away. The resort is wonderful for families with a vast assortment of activities such as a movie night, karaoke at the pool and trivia. On site restaurants were delicious and convenient. Check in process was a breeze and the host had delicious warm chocolate chip cookies waiting for us inside the condo when we arrived. Such a wonderful welcoming touch. Thanks so much and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived the villa was very clean and there was a plate of baked cookies! They literally had everything you could possibly need for the beach! Towels, chairs, umbrella, flip flops, sun screen, after sun care, beach toys, cooler, literally everything! A lot of the items for the beach are in a cubby to the right of the villa entrance. They even had a pack and play, which was perfect for our 4 month old. The villa is right next to the stairs, right at the bottom of the stairs is the boardwalk to the beach. You literally are on the beach in 5 minutes and it is a great view from the room. You are also very close the pool, there is a huge pool with lots of fun activities going on during the day. Michele responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very nice! We will definitely be planning a stay here again!

Condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed for great days at the beach and the pool. Our stay was perfect and we had no need to contact the owner but I have the feeling she would have been very responsive if needed. Beds were super comfy, condo was clean, view from the balcony was beautiful. The fresh baked cookies were an extra special touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. Already thinking about booking here again for next year.

My friend and I had such a great time here & this unit specifically is right by the boardwalk to the beach.
The pool & poolside bar were great, food at the on-site restaurants was as well. Very nice to just walk everywhere.
Michele is very responsive & kind. The unit is clean, cozy and I have no complaints. I already want to come back!

Spent a week at this condo/resort. Our host was tremendous - responded quickly to every question we had before arrival - even had some chocolate chip cookies for us upon arrival! Condo was clean and comfortable with a really nice view. Bunk beds are great for kids - a little too small for adults - but the sleeper sofa was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend trip and throughly enjoyed this property!! The place was so clean and the check in/ out process was a breeze!! A very short walk to the beach with an ocean view!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would definitely like to book this place again!

This was a very nice experience for our family and suited our needs. The villa was very cute, clean and well- appointed. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We couldn’t ask for easier access to the pool or beach. I would definitely return.

My husband and I spent 4 days/nights in this tranquil space enjoying the beach and ocean view from the balcony . The resort has a lot to offer and is extremely clean. Family friendly and the condo is setup with all essentials needed for the two of us or for a family.
The bed and furniture was very comfortable and the decor brought the beach feel indoors.
The condo is centrally located to amazing restaurants and dining, also equipped to cook indoor. We went to Hudson’s fish market to fix a few fresh meals - delicious and very fresh. Also went to some dining spots would recommend Fish Camp and the Oyster Factory - unique dishes and views are amazing of Broad creek.
Thanks for the accurate description of the place and experience! When we come back to HH this will be our spot!

We loved our stay in this cozy beach condo. The furniture was all comfortable, and the ocean view was gorgeous! The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach. We had dinner at one of the on-site bar/restaurants. The host was most helpful and even had a plate of cookies waiting for us. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a number of units at HHBT over the years. This one has a lot to recommend it: a warm, sunny balcony in winter, birds in the creek below and a sunrise and sunset ocean view. Beautifully maintained and managed, freshly painted, with lots of supplies, spices and kitchenware, new floors, like new cabinets and countertops. Extra storage.
The mattress was very soft and sloped; when I told Michele, she and her husband replaced it with a newer one the next day. Unfortunately that one was also too soft for us, but that may be our issue with foam mattresses. She's never had a complaint about the previous one. We also found the couch cushions thin and too soft, with no support. If you need to use the elevator, it's at the other end of the building.
We stayed 3 weeks. Appliances all worked very well. Loved the Smart TV! Thanks, Michele!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in your unit! We love staying in HHBT and stay there at least once per year. It’s really one of the best places to stay (minus the washer and dryer😂)
