Cool, updated house close to downtown! You can walk to the square and bike to the trails right out of the house! The house was clean and very spacious feeling for a two bedroom. Also has a garage for bike storage. Will stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean. It's in walking distance to the fun little downtown. My family of four would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The home is located just a couple of blocks from the square and is very clean and spacious. We were expecting a much smaller home from the pics and we were very pleasantly surprised with a lot of room to spread out. Overall it’s a great choice.

We were in town for the half marathon. The location was within walking distance of the square and lots of places to eat. We were very pleased with the location and house.

What a great place! Location is 1 to 3 blocks from all kinds of food and fun. Property exactly as advertised and owner very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed making this our home in Bentonville. Would gladly stay here again.

The house was cute and very convenient to our daughters home and to downtown Bentonville. We were able to walk to several places. The garage was not useable for parking , it had other stuff occupying the space. There were No bicycles in garage as indicated in the notebook in the house, but that didn’t really bother us. The kitchen table top was very rocky, but my husband put some Shems in to steady it & tightened some bolts to stabilize it. A couple of other things, but not bothersome, like roly poly bugs & crickets in the house but all in all, we enjoyed our stay! I was a little disappointed that the owner didn’t respond to my email concerning these issues though.

Great place to stay for access to downtown. Also easy bike to the Compton Gardens entrance to Slaughter Pen mtb trails. Since we were staying with a larger group of extended family, it was great to be able to rent both sides of this duplex!

Excellent location to all of the downtown activities and nice, short drive to our concert. Cute home.

Property even nicer than pictures. Easy walk to several restaurants and shops. Comfy beds.Cons: no light bulb in living room lamp, no cable or satellite tv, only streaming. Wifi network and password given not current, but found correct one on router. Wouldn’t let us have an extra hour for late check out so we could freshen up after scheduled bike ride. Stated other guests were coming. Our friends stayed across the street another day and noticed no new guests came that day

I’m not sure we could have found a better location. It was walking/riding distance to downtown and Slaughter Pen. The garage was perfect for storing our bikes. The place was clean and had a nice back patio. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking yo stay in Bentonville.

The location of this property was ideal for a family with elementary age children. We were able to park our vehicle and walk/bike to everywhere we wanted to go. The garage was ideal for storing bikes overnight.

This was a great place to stay for my art and biking vacation. I was stoked to find that I could just park my car in the garage and bike or walk everywhere I wanted to go the whole trip. Don’t miss Crystal bridges and the momentary and all the great art along the missing trails. So many great restaurants and bars to choose from nearby too. A win!

Wonderful spot to enjoy the Bentonville Square and local biking paths. The unit was clean and had adequate space for our family of 3.

This property has everything you need for a weekend getaway or extended stay in Bentonville. We will certainly stay here again!

Clear communication from owner, fantastic location, very convenient to downtown. Extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen has basic dishes and silverware but you will need to bring your own cooking utensils, etc. if you plan to cook.
