We enjoyed our time at this Anaheim vacation rental. The proximity to Disneyland is great. The home comes with nice amenities and the price is ok. We had a few issues with cleanliness and appliances. It was brought to the owners attention and they replied promptly. Overall, we were happy with the property.

This listing is as described great for family visits to Disney and a dip in the pool afterwards.Would recommend for families can easily accommodate two families if required. Property was clean and beds were good , nice bathrooms . Kitchen is a bit worn and sparse on equipment but adequate. Walkable to Disney

With a daughter in competitive soccer and another daughter in competitive swim, we stay at a LOT of homes. This is easily one of the nicest. Great location, easily walked to Disneyland one day. The beds were comfortable, and the home was cozy. The pool and the game room were big hits with the kids

We all enjoyed our stay. Bedroom and bath arrangements worked perfectly with three teenagers and three adults. We did see some concerning conditions that should be addressed by the homeowner, but will let them know through VRBO. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cute house, comfortable common spaces to lounge and eat. It was equipped with a lot of kitchen gadgets making cooking very feasible for our group(4 adults & 4 teenagers) and comfortable beds to rest. We had issues with washer and dryer towards the end of our stay that I relayed to PM. Master room#2 did not get as cool as the rest of the house, luckily a fan was available in the closet to get some air flowing in the room. Very close to Disneyland but I would not walk to the parks or Downtown Disney. You could if you wanted to but I wouldn’t. Stores are close by to replenish groceries easily. No issues with any neighbors. Ordinances may seem annoying but being there makes it understandable of why they exist, you are in a legit neighborhood.

This is the perfect place for your family’s trip to Disneyland. We stayed here with 5 adults and 8 & 10 yr old children. It is in a nice neieghborhood and within walking distance of the park! The pool was a great place to relax and unwind when we came back for a mid-afternoon break during the busiest part of the park days. If you plan to grill, communicate with the property mgr ahead of time (there was no propane available during our stay). My only other tip would be to use caution in the shower/bathtub in the hall bathroom- our granddaughter slipped & fell a couple times (put a towel down?). I would definitely choose this house again for a future visit.

Slept 8 adults easily. Very clean. Easy access to Disney property tram to park. Nice to have comfy couch, table and kitchen. Pool and patio was nice. Had to go around through backyard gates to get to patio but that worked. Well stocked with dishes. Nice to have access to laundry and three bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Driveway is single lane so had to juggle cars frequently but it worked as long as keys for cars were left.

We loved how easy it was to walk back and forth to Disneyland. We used the pool all day on our down day and it was clean and comfortable. Because we had no young children, we wished there was a way to override the door alarms to the pool because it was such a brief time allowed to get through the door that we had many very loud alarms that were unnecessary. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again if we return to the area.

Had a great experience staying at this home with our family. Home had plenty of beds for or family which was super nice. The pool was great and even heated to 85 degrees - the grandkids loved it. The family room area was a bit small for our group of 10 but manageable. Disliked the alarms on all the external doors leading to the pool. Literally alarmed every time you opened the door - great safety feature but got annoying after 3 days. Would definitely stay at this home again if traveling to Disneyland. Close to the park entrance but not quite as close as advertised - we walked and it was probably 1 mile each way (had to walk through Downtown Disney before getting to the park entrance.

We stayed here for a Disney trip. Loved our stay! The listing says 1/4 mile to Disney, but the actual walk is longer than that. However, the walk is very doable and doesn't feel long. It takes about 25 minutes.
We had one maintenance issue that we let the owner/property management company know about and they took care of it right away--we were very impressed with the communication and responsiveness of the maintenance employees and property management company in general.
If you're looking for a rental house close to Disney--this is a great place and great location!

Our group consisted of 2 young boys (6 & 8), their parents, and 2 grandmothers. The house was perfect, with everything we needed. We appreciated the clean and well-functioning barbeque. The pool was fabulous, the games room in the garage was great and both were used daily. There was plenty of space for all of us.
An issue with a missing coffee pot was very quickly taken care of by LaDonna and her staff.
We didn't use the washer and dryer until it was time to look after the pool towels and it would appear that a service of both might be a good idea. The same could be said for the dishwasher.
With all things considered, we would happily return to this property. Thank you!

house is well located but small overall. very tired and in need of a refresh. all floors were scratched, kitchen cabinets worn and discolored, uncomfortable beds, probably a decade+ or older. cleaning crew did not perform a through cleaning, we found left over toothpaste from previous occupants. all closets were stuffed full of general junk, had to clean up before using. NOT worth the money we paid. odds and end not working properly. all small details that could be fixed if only owner would maintain adequatly or at least review before renting again.

We loved this place! My family of 8 stayed here and it was amazing. The property is well maintained, and exactly what one needs for a home away from home. The only thing I wish I knew was that yes it’s 1/4 miles from Disneyland, but on foot it’s definitely further. Also we found a leftover article of clothing in one of the closets and parts of a soap bar on the soap shelf in the master shower.Otherwise this place is awesome. There’s a pool and I was worried about my littles but there security alarm works wonders! My daughter tried to open the door once, and quickly learned her lesson. And row game room is a wonderful bonus! Plus all of the perks like availability strollers! The kids loved the bunk beds too.

This property checked all the boxes and was as advertised, Plenty of sleeping space for our 2-family party of 9. Adequate kitchen and dining area. The walk to the trams or directly to Downtown Disney was 15- 20 minutes (because you have to walk around the parking structures). It was convenient versus having to park at Disney. The common space in the house is a tight squeeze for 9 but that wasn’t an issue for us as we spent nearly all the time in the parks. The towels and bedding were a bit worn and the “bonus bed” in the bunk room wasn’t great (we didn’t even use it for our 9 yr old) - but with the pull out sofa there was still room for all.

The house is adorable. The lay out was fantastic for our family. With two master suites and one that adjoins the game room was perfect for our daughter and her husband and two small boys. They have so much to use while you are there. We brought a stroller and we didn’t have to there were all kinds to use. The pool is a beautiful area. There is not much grass except in the front yard so if you want a grassy area this house doesn’t have that. Kitchen is great and plenty of seating around tables. This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so kind.

This house was great, with all of the amenities! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were close to everything, including Disneyland. If you happen to miss the fireworks at DL, you can watch them from the street. :) Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the location and the home in general. The extensive list of rules are off putting. The city of DISNEYheim (Anaheim) is not VRBO friendly so these restrictions are not from rental agency they are city restrictions. Great place for a quit family vacation. The beds are comfortable although they have only a sheet and bedspread and no blankets in the house. We learned from Carolyn that they are available upon request but we had already purchased blankets. Check out time is 10 am and check in isnt until 4pm. You can request an early check in but it will cost you an extra $50 per hour +tx. All in all it was a great house and we would happily stay again.

The property is close to Disneyland and it was a short walk back and forth. It was nice to have a pool, but it did not feel heated as promised and is in need of repair. There were no bath mats and limited towels, so we had to wash them during our stay. The property needs a deep cleaning, new bedding (scratchy), and regular pest control. We saw several spiders and had three families members wake up with spider bites.
I would not stay at this property again. Also, although we were told we would receive our deposit a few weeks ago, it was not arrived.

This property is definetely close to Disneyland. Although we chose to drive because of physical limitations of our group. It was great not to deal with traffic.
The property is in a typical urban neighborhood where families live out their regular lives. Note that when looking at the property, the Aneheim City ordanances that restrict how and what you do at the property at not presented at all to you. We were not planning anything crazy but, for short-term rental properties, any outside activities between tbe hours of 10pm & 9am are not allowed. I was expecting to be able to enjoy the pool after a day at the park or an early morning dip. It probably wouldve been fine but the thought of getting kicked out for breaking city ordinaces, and the forfeit of all my costs did not suit me. A warning about city ordanances before purchasing this rental would be nice. If i had known the restrictions i may not have stayed.
There were security cameras on the exterior which are only supposed to be monitored between 10pm-9am but, there were also RING cameras which made me uncomfortable as I had no access to or any idea who had access to them or at what time.
The garage/game room/laundry room was only able to be accessed though the smaller master bedroom as the garage roll-up door was locked with a combo lock (which we were not provided with).
The house was very clean and although smaller with minor issues (bedding, doors, appliances), it accomodated 8 adults comfotably.
