Great location Great pool As everything you need to enjoy your stay

This large beautiful home was in a great location with the most awesome large community pool with a beautiful waterfall. The home was across the street from the beach and in the center of town. The home was well maintained with beautiful decorations. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

The rental was exactly what we were looking for, located in a great location in Tamarindo.

The condo comfortably sleeps 10, with a 3 minute walk from the beach and clean interior.

We didn't greet anyone because it was the weekend, but the code worked just fine. No issues except how to use the safe. Directions on resetting would be good. Clean, but could have used a little more. Roomy & nice, plenty cool, nice deck w/ table to eat. I would suggest having beach chairs to use. Hard to find seats unless you want to pay. Would be a nice touch. You could always charge if people take them, but most fly in so it's doubtful. I suggest seeing what's there before going to the store. People left cooking, oil, etc. so we didn't need to buy it. Overall we had a great week in Tamarindo & I would suggest this condo.

The pool and waterfall is fun. Shops and restaurants or just steps away, but we do not hear street noise. The Howler Monkey’s though are loud:) We love it all!

The unit is great!! We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. The staff was quick to come when we had one issue. They were very friendly & professional. We love the complex, The pool is great & the morning wake up call from the monkeys is a great way to start the day!! Location location!! What a great spot to have, right across the road from the beach & steps away from great restaurants!! The small grocery store is also a plus and just a walk away!! We just love it here and it won’t be our last by any means!!

This is our third time in Tamarindo and second time staying at this complex. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone that works here is very nice. We had maid service 2 times. The unit is stocked with dishes, utensils and many towels including beach towels. The pool is very pretty and always clean. The monkeys can be heard and seen. This place is right across from the beach. Tamarindo is very safe but there is security all over the premises and they will not let anyone through the gate without check in. Everything you need is within a few steps. We will be back again. Booking was simple and questions are answered quickly.

The property was very well-maintained and easily accommodated our group. The location was great! A very short walk to the beach and the condo had a nice pool that was a favorite spot after ocean activities. We loved being able to do laundry, a must with a family. We enjoyed the patio dining area and had dinner there every night to the sound of birds.

There was so much room we easily could have had more guests stay. The location was walking distance from everything in the town and the beach. The rental property helped us schedule two amazing adventures (zip lining and other activities and a boat ride with snorkling), it was super easy to book. They apartment has a great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather and the kitchen was a great space to stay in a cook during the week. We only had two issues: the first set of keys that they gave us did not work for the apartment, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to get us the right keys. Second, there were wet towels left in the washer for a few days so it smelled bad so we didn't use it. Other than those minor (fixable) issues, the place was amazing and we would certainly return.

They fixed one of the sofas. Toilets not clean when we arrived. So avoid #30 Sunrise Villa but stay at Sunrise in a different Villa. No orientation given. Cleaner came on Thursday and since there is no broom to clean sand, that was a pain. Also only 4 face clothes for 10 people! Washer and Dryer are in a bad state. Have to run dryer two times to dry towels and fight to get the washer and dryer to start. No need to rent car. Shops, food and beach right near Villa. Location couldn't be better!

I normally stay on Playa Langosta and decided to try something different this time. We were able to walk right out to the middle of town and never once had to take a cab anywhere. Everything was within walking distance, the beach was just across the street and restaurants and stores were on every block. The condo itself was nice and roomy and clean and we never had a single problem with it, we felt safe because it's a gated community and the other residents and guests were all friendly. We had a small view of the ocean from the patio, which had a grill, highly recommend grilling out for dinner while you're there. Plenty of the local convenience stores have hot dogs, sausage, bratwurst etc no need to go to the Automercado. The pool was awesome and overall I would say it was one of the best vacations we've been on. The room was plenty big for 2 couples and there was a third bedroom if you had an extra guest. We had plenty of towels for the shower and for the pool. We would definitely stay at Sunrise next time we go back! The realty company was also very accommodating and helped with our transportation from and to the airport.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was a lot bigger than expected, everything was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Location is great, almost right in front of the beach and right in the middle of town, it was easy to get to the shops and restaurants by walking.
The pool is great for both kids and adults, my family is definitely going back next time we visit Tamarindo!

Extremely convenient location to surfing, town, nightlife, etc. The only issues we had were that the beds were very, very uncomfortable. Also, both times we went to the office in Tamarindo (upon arrival and departure) the office was closed during regular business hours. I would definitely recommend this complex to friends!

Reviewer Comments: We were 3 couples coming down to Tamarindo for new years week, starting from the exceptional customer serve from RPM rentals, being picked up at airport via shuttle getting keys delivered along the way, I have nothing but good to say about Sunrise #30. Perfect location in the middle of down town with a grocery store across the street, with a large variety of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes either way. The pool area and landscaping around the property was immaculate. Sunrise 30, was exactly as shown on the pictures, The master bedroom was a seperate suit to itself. the wifi was excellent, and never had any issues with the A/C. It was a great bonus finding out with had in suite laundry as well.
