The unit is as described. A little dated for us but clean & the location is fantastic. Gerard is very pleasant & easy to communicate with. The king bed is very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as advertised, small but well designed and had so many unexpected extras. Ice cube trays, dishes, cutlery, cooler packs and a cooler bag to take out for a picnic. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels,I could go on, but needless to say everything we needed and more. The king size bed was so comfortable, we had a great night’s sleep every night! Thank you Gerard for ensuring everything was taken care of.👏😊

I would highly recommend this condo 😍 Perfect location, close to the beach, shops..etc in Waikiki. It’s big enough to comfortable fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This apartment has absolutely everything we could think of (all beach gear, kitchen equipment, bathroom stuff, books, CD’s and much much more) The beds are so comfortable and everything is very clean. Pool ,spa & bbq on the roof. We rate it 10 stars out of 5 😍 Thank you Gerard!!!! Happy New Year

Very well equipped studio unit just 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. High enough to not be too noisy. Great view from the balcony.

The studio suite is good for 2 people. We appreciate the beach towels , umbrella and beach chair. The bed was very comfortable but the apartment itself is dated. It’s a very short walk to the beach and location is great.

My sister and I spent 9 nights here and we loved it! The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere you need to. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless. I will be staying here again for sure.

We were so happy with our stay at the VRBO. Everything was as advertised and so comfortable. While we spent most of our time outside enjoying Hawaii it was a great place to come home to at night. And when we were at the beach it was 4 minutes to come home and get our lunch. Thank you so much

Beautiful studio apartment close to Waikiki Beach with secure parking. Bed was very comfortable and aloud for a good nights sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The building is old and could use some up dating,pool needed cleaning, but our studio was nice. Fantastic location . I loved the sunset and view.

Accommodation was so close to the beach very easy walk to all shops and food. Staff were lovely. Would def stay again

Well equiped with everything we needed. Air ran constantly and never got cold but other than that was nice place. Conveniently located close to beach.

View of surfers, nice sunset. Clean, comfortable. Parking was extra $35 a day.

Well equipped unit, has everything you could need and more. Everything for a day at the beach is stored for you in the closet. Rooftop pool and hot tub is relaxing if you want to avoid the crowd on the beach. There is also a nice sauna at the roof level. Nice view of the water!! Would go back again!!!

The location was perfect. It is small, but exactly as pictured! All sorts of shops (ABC) and dining options within easy walking distance. We ate most of our meals from the giant food truck a block away. They served a good variety that pleased even the pickiest of eaters. Beach is crowded, but lots of things in the closet to enjoy it with. Can’t say anything negative, but keep the garage key in your hand, not on the dash, mine disappeared into the dash on first trip out.

Place was extremely clean, and rooftop pool has amazing view

This was a wonderful place, very clean, good area, very good amenities (beach chairs, boogie boards, games, etc.) However, the air conditioner was not adequate for the space. It was very hot in the afternoon, even with the blinds shut, and only tolerable in the evening with doors open, fans on and curtains open.

This is our second time renting this beautiful property. Great experience again. Gerard is always very helpful and kind. we'll come back again hopefully soon!

From start to finish our stay here couldn’t have been better. Gerard was an amazing host, very accommodating and helpful, answering all our questions. There were 4 sets of snorkels and other beach gear (4 body boards a tube, children’s beach toys, a cooler bag, beach towels and umbrella). The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes and utensils (anything you would want in a kitchen). Even the bathroom had some toiletries and a good storage of towels. The bed was very comfortable. Most importantly the location was amazing. Loud, yes, but that’s what we expected staying in Waikiki. There are so many good food places (right outside the hotel) and the beach is less than 5 minutes away. I’ve already recommended this place and would also love to stay again. Mahalo!

We stayed 10 days at this wonderful studio. The location is amazing, literally 2 minutes to the beach. The bed is extremely comfortable and the unit has everything we needed as far as amenities. I will definitely book here again. Loved it.

Perfect spot to explore Oahu. We had a great time and always felt safe.

Literally a 60 second walk to the main part of Waikiki beach, this location can’t be beat. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the surrounding area and bbq area underwent some remodeling while we were here, it’s even better now! The hot tub was lovely on the cooler evenings, and on hot days the pool felt like a bathtub at night. The room itself was easy to get to, with fast elevators, friendly front desk staff, and night time security. The kitchen is small but very thoughtfully equipped, and we used it to cook most nights of our stay. The bathroom gets a bit hot during the day as a/c doesn’t vent into that area, and with no extraction fan it does steam up quite a bit during showers or bath, but it didn’t impact our enjoyment. We just showered with the door open to the rest of the condo for better air flow. Might be of note if you’re travelling with older kids who don’t still bombard you while in the bathroom though ;). The beds were soft, and beautifully made. All of the furniture is high quality wood furniture, no ikea junk here! It feels very luxurious, and again, thoughtful. Our host reached out to ask more about our family before we arrived, and when we checked in it was a great surprise to find some kids toys, lots of children’s books about Hawaii, and even some activity books about Hawaii. My son used these daily and enjoyed them very much. The lanai is very shallow, but long. In the evenings it was nice to open the glass doors wide and eat dinner at the table.

The location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved having floor to ceiling windows that gave a view of the city and ocean. It was also incredibly nice to have beach chairs, heavy duty beach towels and snorkel gear available for use. I hope to return again soon!

The condo was everything we expected. Gerard was incredible in returning any calls if there was a problem. Location was perfect. Great getaway.

The location is perfect for dining, beach, shopping, etc. I loved that there were beach supplies readily available for us to use! We wear able to walk to every restaurant and to the beach easily! The room was clean and the perfect size for a couple!

A very nice studio downtown Waikiki just a short walk to the beach. Clean with nice amenities. There is even a roof top pool with a great view. Great place.

This property was exactly as described. It is small, but the location is great. The building is older but they are maintaining it well. The unit included two very nice beach chairs and one high quality umbrella, which was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Honolulu.

Gerard was a kind and very accommodating host. He made some last minute arrangements for my girlfriend and I, which was more than appreciated! Less than 2 minute walk to the beach and an overview look, free lemon/lime water at the front desk, clean room, organized, what else could you ask for? Highly recommend 10/10, don’t book anywhere else in Waikiki!

I had stayed here in 2020 (just before Covid lockdown) and this was my first trip back. I was so happy to see the suite at Pacific Monarch was just as I remembered (with a few new welcome upgrades). My friend joined me on this trip and she used the day bed that was kindly made up for us prior to arrival. The suite is in a great location - best poke takeout across the street - and the owner is always quick to reply to any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.
