We love it here. Great spot, lovely rooms, good facilities including a laundry. Not the cheapest but its Waikiki.

- 시설이 깔끔합니다. - 오션프론트룸에 숙박했는데 여기는 정말 한번쯤 묵어볼만한 방이라고 생각합니다 - 와이키키 시내에 웬만한 곳은 도보로 다닐 수 있는 위치라 좋았습니다. - 엘리베이터가 엄청 많아서 기다릴 일이 별로 없었습니다. - 운이 좋으면 바다에서 헤엄치는 거북이도 구경할 수 있습니다. (2박동안 두번 봄) - 인피니티풀 시설과 전망이 좋습니다.

주차비가 꽤 비싸서 차량 렌트를 안했지만 우버나 버스 등으로 이동하기도 괜찮습니다. (와이키키 어디든 대체적으로 주차비가 비싼 편이었습니다.) 조식은 안먹어봐서 모르고 그 외에는 다 괜찮은 편이었습니다.

There are plenty of better, friendlier, less hectic, more personable and cheaper resorts in Waikiki. This place is not up to Sheraton standards. Avoid.

The cost. It's just not worth it. The lack of personalised service. Rude reception staff who couldn't care less. No information given at check-in regarding resort facilities...and then charged a 'resort fee' Crowded pools with no atmosphere. Room was filthy on arrival-had to request for surfaces to be wiped/down cleaned. Substandard and outdated decor. Would have probably looked ok in the 80's. Tried to bring up issues with reception manager-who patronised and couldn't care less.

Pool area was very nice. Property also had plenty of elevators. Never had to wait

Everything is well thought out and beautiful. Little surprises throughout like the koi pond, amazing sores in and around the property as well. Requests were handled quickly and professionally. Everything was top notch.

The laundry charge was a bit much at $5 wash and $5 for dry.

La ubicación, las albercas y la playa

La habitación muy mal la limpieza, colchón, almohadas y sábanas viejas. Cada día había faltantes de café, vasos de cartón, toallas, papel sanitario etc. no limpiaban el lavamanos ni los muebles. Llamé más de 3 veces a reportar los faltantes. Por La puerta se mete la luz del pasillo de entrada. Además nos cobraron por separado el uso de las albercas playa y televisión no me parece justo pues al reservar nunca lo mencionan.

황홀한 뷰. 해변 접근성. 재밌는 수영장. 크레딧. 가까운 쇼핑센터가 좋았어요 (+) 선셋요트 선착장과 매우가깝고 선셋보기 좋은 해변이 바로 앞이며 금요일 힐튼 불꽃놀이 보고 걸어오기 좋은 완벽한 위치를 갖고있습니다. (+) 크레딧도 저는 매일매일 룸차지로 잘 사용했어요 - Rumfire 식당 - 로얄 하와이안 베이커리 - 등등

방이 생각보다 좁고 잠겨진 문을 통해 다른 객실과 나눠져있는 형태이고 방음이 거의 안됩니다 객실 슬리퍼, 객실 무료 물이 없습니다 약간 덜마른 상태의 머리로 침대에 누웠더니 베개에서 다음날 쿰쿰한 냄새가 났고 이틀 내내 냄새가 났습니다. (1) 무엇보다 여행지에서 시간이 중요한 분 -> 이 호텔 의치는 최고입니다. (2) 아기 혹은 나이드신 부모님과 가족여행으로 다시 와이키키에 온다면 -> 위치. 수영장 때문에 다시 선택할 수는 있을 것 같습니다. 결론: 단점이 없지는 않고, 처음오시면 고민 안하시고 선택하셔도 후회는 안할듯합니다.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly on Waikiki Beach, nestled right in the heart of Honolulu's vibrant tourist center. This proximity to Waikiki makes it an ideal spot to explore the area's attractions. Rooms at the hotel are spacious and freshly renovated, providing a comfortable and updated living space for guests. The highlight of these accommodations is undoubtedly the stunning ocean view offered in rooms facing the water (ocean view charged extra).

All additional services require payment, particularly concerning loungers by the pool, as well as beach loungers and umbrellas. The beach adjacent to the hotel is public, not private, which might detract from the exclusivity one might expect from a hotel of this kind. The food offered by the hotel is both unappetizing and expensive. Additionally, the morning breakfast service is inefficient; e.g. despite ordering the same black tea daily, it arrived differently each time, sometimes with varying accompaniments. The lack of organization often led to long queues. Moreover, there is no option to order specialty coffees like cappuccino or caffe latte from the breakfast service, compelling guests to purchase expensive coffee from the hotel café. Drinks at the hotel bar were served in plastic cups, which felt cheap and environmentally unfriendly. The hotel itself is only partially renovated, with a visual appearance that is mediocre at best. It is evident that this older hotel has been refreshed with a minimal budget. The reception was unhelpful, as they were unable to accommodate an additional night’s stay, and overall, the staff seemed incapable of assisting with other matters. The pools are rather small. One should expect way more from Sheraton than offered by Sheraton Waikiki. There is a huge gap between European or Caribbean hotel standards than what you get here. We're not coming back for sure.

内装もかわいく、景色もとても綺麗で最高でした。 またスタッフの方の対応も早く、チェックアウト時にフロントに行列ができていましたが、スタッフの方が並んでいる状態でチェックアウトをしてくださり、助かりました。

They did not have the room we booked, but eventually offered us an upgrade (after they asked us to choose between a twin room or being unable to shower for 11 nights) - the upgrade was excellent.

Pool sunbeds were really really poor. They were in rows, with no space at all between them and no matresses. You could prebook with matress, but this was $125 per bed per day - unbelievable!! Restaurant was very poor, more like a cafe really, and the menu was very limited. There was no on-site restaurant. Breakfast restaurant was also very poor, dirty, dull and very expensive. Consequently, didn't eat there more than once.

Absolute amazing location. Edge pool was 16 or older, so nice to have a place away from kids. Incredible ocean views, beach access, and rentals.

We had a couple issues, some were quickly resolved and others were never addressed. Resolved: safe didn’t work, no shampoo (multiple conditioners), couldn’t find blow dryer (was there just hidden spot). Unresolved: bathroom light stopped working. Bummer the pool and hot tub were only open until 8pm.

Location and view

Some staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Not enough sun lounges for guests and over charging for lounges close to the pool. The best bar to relax and watch the sunset closed at 4pm. We were not advised about discounts the hotel provide on day tours.

Location was the best part about this hotel. Beach front with private beach access, infinity pool that overlooks the ocean, shopping centers, and great restaurants just right outside the property. Quite literally everything you could ever want and need within a 5 block radius.

Lage direkt am Strand und an der Einkaufsmeile. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Eine Massenveranstaltung. Es passen ca. 2000 Leute in das Hotel und über Ostern waren gefühlt alle Zimmer belegt. Morgens wurden die Liegen am Schwimmbad schon um 6:00 Uhr belegt, ab 7:30 hatte man keine Chance mehr eine Liege am Schwimmbad oder am Strand zu bekommen. Man konnte sich Liegen reservieren lassen - dieses aber zu hörenden Preisen.

Nothing I liked everything (except maybe I just wish I had an ocean view room 😍)

We had the most fabulous time at the Sheraton Waikiki! We did not rent a car, we walked everywhere. The food, beaches, nightlife, all top notch. The pools, and grounds of the Sheraton was far above expectations. Our 17 year old son smiled several times, that’s a win in my book. Stay here, you will not be sorry!!!
