Good Weather, nice friendly staff

We thought we had booked a balcony room, (as the room had a door to open and NO where to set down and enjoy the sights. The room next to us would of been great, and I know they used their balcony a lot. We just looked out the window, since there wasn't any chairs or table.

Excellent location in downtown Waikiki for a very affordable rate. The hotel is directly across the street from the large open air international mall. We also loved the Mediterranean restaurant in the hotel. It was exceptional!

The room needed more storage space for clothes and better sound proofing. We ended up on the fourth floor directly above the swimming pool. This hotel has lots of school groups come through because of the price. The pool area was very loud until late at night both evenings with teenagers. We could also hear kids running through the halls.

Cleanliness and location

The price is a little high

Close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The room was clean, great water pressure in bathrooms, and hot water available all day. Awesome also having a convenience store and restaurant/bar located off the hotel lobby on the ground floor. Great staff!

The bedside table didn't have charging outlets.

Didn’t have breakfast. Started day with lunch.

Parking sometimes difficult. Didn’t use valet. Mostly street parked.

I liked that you provided a map showing the streets, local shops and other interests. You provide towels for the beach.

Some hotels provide a free breakfast, that would have been a nice feature.

Our first night we went to turn down the couch bed. Once we pulled it out, there was a bug inside the bed. We called the staff downstairs and spoke with the manager Andria. When I spoke with her, she said that she was going to comp for the first night. When we went to check out the person at the front desk, I don’t remember his name was insinuating that we were lying because there was no notes left in the computer. No notes left about any of this Andria then called the next day saying that she was off for two days and that she did not leave a internal notes, but she had her own personal note which I feel that she was lying because now the man said that there was no notes, but all of a sudden she has notes you guys dropped the ball because we were not given what we were promised and then we asked to change rooms and They said that there was no space available so now instead of being able to sleep on the sofa bed we were sleeping on the floor, we were not giving any other accommodations. Nobody ever reached out to contact us to see what else can be done. This is not how to run a business you need to train your managers about, leaving notes and sharing details with the next manager on on duty.
