Appx. Loft de 600 pies cuadrados recién terminado. Cuenta con cocina con fregadero, estufa y refrigerador, sala de estar con sofá de cuero y sillón reclinable, monitor de TV para netflix o DVD, dormitorio con una nueva cama queen de alta calidad, baño con ducha de azulejos. Muchas ventanas con vistas a la montaña. El piso es de pino de corazón terminado muy bien. Los techos tienen vigas aserradas ásperas cada 32 ". Y las paredes son revestimientos de madera recuperada con paredes secas pintadas arriba. El loft está al lado de nuestra casa de montaña muy creativa en un lado de la montaña de dos acres. te sentirás como si estuvieras en una casa del árbol. Appx. A 12 minutos del centro de Asheville.

A cozy, beautifully crafted private loft above the trees, with an expansive view of the blue ridge mountains. Becky and Ken were excellent communicators, always offering to help, and their craftsmanship of the entire property and landscaping is breathtaking. Only downside was spotty WiFi and smart TV connectivity.

My husband and I were unable to stay due to unforeseen vehicle troubles. The hosts gave us a full refund and were so kind and understanding with our situation. If we ever decide to make the trip again we plan to stay with them if they have availability. Definitely recommend!!

What an amazing little stay!! Such a cozy place and a SPECTACULAR property. The photos undersell this beautiful place! It’s a beautiful mother in law type suite above the garage of their beautiful home nestled in the mountains but it is only 15 mins from downtown!! I don’t even know that was possible! Such a serene place and the hosts were just lovely! So welcoming, accommodation and kind! Many little touches in the stay that were nice amenities! Will definitely stay here again!!

This place is just right for a couple who enjoy the woods, mountains, relaxing, and touring Asheville. The decor is like a woodsy chalet. We look forward to a chance to return in the future. Drinking morning coffee on the deck amongst the trees, eating breakfast in the kitchen while looking at the mountains, watching a wild turkey in the field, a warm gas fireplace, comfortable bed, and just the feeling of relaxation.
It is also conveniently located close to Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.
We enjoyed visiting with the friendly and were very attentive hosts. I highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful loft high in the Smoky Mountains. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The hosts were amazingly kind and generous. Perfect retreat nestled in beautiful surroundings.

The tree house cabin was beautiful and breathtaking. At first I regretted having to drive through the mountains, but I realized how much it was worth to see this beautiful, oasis of a cabin. would definitely stay again and I am telling my friends to consider this gem.

The hosts were very accommodating, providing everything needed for peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery. The hosts even brought up freshly made donuts as an added bit of hospitality. We plan to return for a longer stay this coming year.

This was the perfect location and cozy place to stay and explore over Christmas! The views are beautiful whether in the loft looking out of the windows or driving mountain roads in search of waterfalls. :)

The loft was clean, comfy with a fabulous view of the mountains. The owner came out to greet us, walked us up the steps into the loft and gave us a quick tour of everything. Very friendly and told us to walk over to their home if we needed anything. Will return!

This was a beautiful little place for a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary. Tucked away in the woods, but convenient to everything. Cozy and clean, it was lovely to come back to this after spending a day exploring the beautiful mountains.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to stay for a spa weekend when we came across this gem. I was incredibly impressed with how beautiful, clean, and private this space was. The mountain view from the window was incredible, and I loved the charming rustic cabin aesthetic. The owner was an excellent communicator, from directions to checking in, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful stay we had.
I will certainly be staying here again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Asheville.

Great location! Just about everything we wanted to do was a short 15-20 minute drive.Very friendly hosts, quick to respond, too. Becky had a basket of snacks and cold water waiting for us upon arrival.
I would recommend an SUV or higher up car if renting, the driveway in is a bit steep.

Property was as advertised. Close to amenities, but feels like you are away from everything at the same time. Becky met me upon my arrival and gave me a quick rundown on the place. It has everything you need. The reason for my trip was to look for property to build a retirement home. Becky’s husband Ted, who is a builder and built their home, took the time to have a conversation with me about areas of town to be looking at. I have lived and worked in NC in the past and am very familiar with western NC. Ted gave me some good advice on places to look. The Swenson’s were great hosts and very attentive to any needs that you may require. I am planning another trip there in Feb/Mar and will definitely stay there again.

To summarize, our stay was nothing less than perfect. The location of this property is the ideal distance away from Asheville, but not too far. We enjoyed the feeling of being in nature, but was close enough to downtown Asheville to have the best of both worlds. Our accommodations were perfect for 2 people and had everything that was promised. We could tell that the unit was recently cleaned. Becky, the property manager was extremely accommodating and pleasant to chat with. Due to the length of our stay, we appreciated that she would check in with us regarding our accommodations and see if there was anything additional that was needed. We will definitely be back to stay at this location and have already recommended a few friends and family to stay at this location as well!

We needed to visit Asheville for a wedding and also wanted to make a little trip of it. Becky and Ken’s loft was everything we hoped for, and perfect for a couple to relax in and take in the sites. We even had breakfast one day with our hosts who were gracious and very accommodating. We highly recommend this little escape with gorgeous views and everything you need to relax, take in the area, and enjoy the mountains.

My husband and I needed rest and rejuvenation big time, and Becky and Ken’s place allowed us lots of privacy and quiet. They checked in with us when we first arrived and sent a short text each morning to see if we needed anything which was much appreciated. We loved the little extras like French Press for coffee, snacks and the cold bottled water which awaited our arrival, and the bed and towels were all fluffy and fresh. What a pleasure it was to spend 4 nights at their lovely mountain home. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great mountain location, like a small cabin. Had everything we needed. And great views. Becky was very helpful. The only difficulties was driving up steep roads in our little car. But that's how you get those great views! I hope we can return again soon.

Property was beautiful with panoramic views of mountains. Our host, Becky greated us in driveway, escorted us to our rental, showed us around. Made us feel very welcome. Great communication. Even cooked breakfast in her home for us and another couple staying there. Our rental was absolutely the best part of our trip to Asheville. Plan to book another stay.

It was like staying in a grown-up treehouse, whimsical and fun. The space is beautifully crafted and decorated. Becky and Ken were terrific, answering questions and providing information about the area. We hated to leave and hope to return.

The owners are extremely kind. All the hundreds of 5 star reviews are completely accurate. You cannot go wrong with this booking. It is really close to Asheville and Chimney Rock, which is a plus. It's located in a pretty rich mountainous neighborhood (Teslas everywhere) so it is very safe.

What a great place to get away. Beautiful views and very friendly owners. Unfortunately, we had busy iteanrry and didn't get to take full advantage of the experience and wonderful hospitality. You can feel the care and love hey put in their place. This was a real treat and cant wait to go back.

The artsy mountain loft is a perfect little mountain retreat! This is such a comfortable place with beautiful views and thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks. Becky is the epitome of a gracious host making sure her guests have everything they might need during their stay. I wish we could have spent more time here and definitely plan on returning!

Our cabin was in the woods, but we were 5 minutes from civilization. So much fun. Becky bad Ken were very welcoming.
