Lovely Condo On The Beach With Pool And Ocean View - Newly Furnished

We will definitely stay here again. Great location on the beach. Pool right behind outdoor patio with view of the ocean. The condo has open floor plan with lots of space. The upgrades are top notch. Will not be disappointed renting this condo!

We loved our stay on St, Augustine Beach, the accommodations were perfect. No roads to cross to get to the beach, steps from the pool, parking easy and convenient. The condo is recently and tastefully updated, extremely comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Although this unit does not have a direct view of the ocean, being so close to the pool more than made up for that.
The owners were so easy to work with and very welcoming. We took care of the paperwork without any issues, and were provided the needed information in plenty of time so we didn't have any of those worries as we traveled.
We highly recommend this listing and will definitely stay here on on next trip to St, Augustine.

This was a fantastic place. Owners very helpful. Very clean with all the comforts of home. Everything you need. Nicely decorated and easy to find. Close to so many good restaurants. Go out the patio door and you're literally steps from the pool. Our granddaughter loved that. Beach a 2 minute walk behind the condo complex. Just note if you plan to take a cart on the beach for your stuff that you will need to carry over and down the stairs. Not a ramp. Other then that I highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks Doug and Mary for your hospitality.

This condo was perfect for us with 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. The location was excellent with great restaurants nearby and ice cream too! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay. Mary was so nice and responded to the only issue we had with a TV remote very quickly. One caution: watch out for the threshold at the sliding doors. It's raised and one of the girls slammed her toe into it the first day. Be sure to step up over it when exiting and entering. Having easy access to the pool and the beach was a plus. Thanks for a perfect stay. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed walking on the beach which is just a short walk away. Lovely pool and landscape. Condo was Well equipped and very comfortable for two couples. Easy access to the city of St Augustine which I enjoyed walking and shopping in the old city with wonderful shops and restaurants of every kind. The harbor is lovely and we enjoyed both a harbor tour and a sunset sail on The Freedom schooner both tours were wonderful. The People we met were wonderful and service people of every kind were professional and very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We were close to the nearby ampitheater where we attended some concerts and very close walk to some great restaurants. We have a 3 year old and an 8 year old who loved being right by the pool and an ice cream and donut shop. The complex had plenty of guest parking for family in the area who met us on the beach each day which was nice. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We loved this condo! Clean and smelled very fresh. Condo was exactly as described. Pool was 10 steps away and the beach was a minute walk. Highly recommend! Hosts were great. Definitely a 5 star all around.

Our family had so much fun on our Spring Break vacation staying at this condo. Close to everything and just a short walk to the beach it was perfect for us. The condo was steps from the pool and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A roomy, comfortable condo with a private patio close to the pool and minutes from the beach and the pier was ours for 4 weeks. We had family visit with plenty of room for 4 adults. The location was excellent, walking distance to several restaurants, a weekly market and local gallery.

Doug and Mary's place is on the first floor and was so spacious and comfortable. The pool is right there. I thought it was heated, but it didn't feel that way. Our weather was a little on the chilly side but I did swim. The beach is just steps away. St. Augustine center is not far and so quaint. We had a great stay. I would rent again. Thank you, for the nice get away.

The condo is very comfortable, in a good location right by the beach and pier and had everything we needed. The pool is extremely close and had the weather cooperated more, I would have used it daily. The setting is nice and quiet despite being close to all conveniences.

Very clean property with thoughtful amenities. Kids loved close access to the pool and short walk to the beach. Owner has kept beach chairs and toys which was such a nice addition. Will definitely stay here if we are back to St Augustine.

This beach condo truly is lovely. It was clean, well provisioned, and in a great location on the beach near the St. Augustine pier. It was especially nice to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants and bars and to events at the pier. The owners were also very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean, beautiful, spacious and had more than everything needed for a perfect vacation. Pool was 5 or 6 steps from our patio. The patio has plants and bushes in front which make it fairly private. The beach VERY short walk past the pool and several restaurants in walking distance. Owners are great people. This was easily the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in as far as kitchen essentials, beach gear, toilet paper etc! The condo was clean and updated, and the space was great for our family of 5. We really loved that the patio was private but also just steps away from the pool entrance. Doug and Mary were extremely attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

We have stayed in 3 condos at Pier point south and this one was absolutely our favorite! The location is perfect with beach & pool access and close to downtown and plenty of things to do!

This was the perfect location for my husband and I to get much needed rest and relaxation and still be close to all of the main attractions that St. Augustine offers. The condo is just as the pictures show, it’s clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. It is definitely on my re-book list upon a return to the St. Augustine area.

We absolutely loved this condo. The location is perfect being next to the beach, pier, restaurants. It’s a short drive to a grocery store and shopping. There is lots to do in the area without being over touristy. The beach is flat and there are sand bars that go forever. My kids could have stayed at the beach forever if I let them.
The condo is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds were very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need. It honestly felt like home. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.
We will be back for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was the perfect location to stay at St. Augustine beach. It was clean, well stocked, easily accessed, 15 ft to get to the pool, and very short distance to ocean/beach. Nice and quiet area with restaurants within walking distance. The condo has everything you need except the shampoo! You will not want to leave! The hosts are fabulous and tend to your request promptly and willing to go 1000 extra miles for this guests. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful and had so many extras. Bedrooms were super comfortable and the 1st floor patio goes directly to the pool in just a few steps. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The owners were very responsive and could not have made our vacation any better!
