the place was clean nice in general and close to the Mall.

the service from the host is quite disappointing. 1) we booked for family of 7. the beds made were only three, we were expecting for the extra beds to be made but none. we found some extra pillow in the cupboard but it was soiled and smelling of saliva. the comforter we found in the cupboard stinks as well. 2) the reservation says 4 towels will be provided, we only got two and we have to ask for the other two. 3) the bed is not comfortable. the foam was too thin it hurts the back. 4) we lost a mobile phone and thought it was left at the property so we called and was told they will call to inform whether it is there or not, but no one bothered to call. note: i am pointing all these out because i want the host to improve their services because the guests does not get the value for the money paid.

the the whole place..it was dirty, they didn't change the beddings..there's a lot of bed bugs...toilets are dirty...AC's are broken....so hard to talk or communicate with the staffs...location is confusing... A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! ...see the photos of bed bugs bites!!!!!!!

The lavatory on one of the bathrooms is clogged, I suggest that the management would do something.

overall the place is perfect for family or large group. gas range, ref, kettle,showers and heater working fine. the place lacks maintenance of their facilities like the aircon in dining it needs to be repaired coz its defective cooling feature is not working. the ref needs to be defrost and clean.lacking of spoon and fork. cignal not working but tv is fine connect to laptop using the hdmi connector of the tv. wifi is fine. parking is outside the apartment area meaning on subdivision road. main door is defective needs assistance to properly lock and open. hope this review helps.

The wifi was very disappointing. It couldn't reach inside Door B. Signal for data inside Door B is also very weak.

Proximity to almost anywhere you want to go. And the place is like a home

Their concern of transferring us to a better place when we complained about the aircon. We thought they will just fix it and was happy when they told us that they will transfer us to the next door which is good.
