We loved the location of this house. It was in walking distance of a few places. The owners provided coffee with a bunch of little things we usually have to buy while on vacay and this was super nice. The back patio was a shared space although it was super humid and hot here we didn’t get to enjoy it but a nice addition. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a short getaway for my wife’s 50th birthday. We met up with our son for a 36 hour celebration. Close proximity to the trolly route makes this location very convenient for site seeing. We sat on the porch, walked to Forthsyth Park, and experienced the best of Savanna.

The property was perfectly located to get to everything we wanted to try out. We could walk to the grocery store, to the local coffee/bakery shop, and even to the main park. It was very convenient! On top of that, we could just enjoy sitting on the porch for hours. I don't think we even ventured into the backyard, which was also wonderful, because we enjoyed the porch so much. I will definitely be booking this property again!

We were in Savannah for the first time and we truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We loved the location, a short walk to Forsyth Park and a mile or so more to the River walk. We were up and out early and enjoyed afternoons on the beautiful porch. Quiet neighborhood, well appointed home, comfortable bed and full size washer and dryer. Exceeded our expectations!

The property is gorgeous. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything was beautifully decorated. It is very close to all the goings on in Savannah but is far enough away that it is a quiet and peaceful retreat. 10/10!

This was a very welcoming and well furnished place to stay. It was easy to get around and see the sites. It was nice and safe and provided double entries with locks easy to use. The only suggestion is for the owner to leave directions to use the TV since the remote is quite different.

We absolutely loved this house! It was spacious and clean! Loved having access to the porches - it made for perfect relaxation!! Both bedrooms has plenty of space and extra blankets & pillows. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, which we didn't use because the food in Savannah is exceptional!! This location is within walking distance to many attractions, including Forsyth Park!! I would highly recommend staying at this home!

Beautiful home in quiet, serene location. Every amenity is provided. Home is large and comfortable. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was free and easily accessible. We had a wonderful time and will certainly reach out again when we return to Savannah.

The property is beautiful. The location is excellent, within Walking distance (within a mile) to everywhere we wanted to visit and explore. We had a small issue with the oven and the property management company responded immediately. Great customer service.
My only negative feedback is that noise is definitely an issue if you have small children trying to sleep or you are a light sleeper. We didn’t realize there would be people above us. They were very loud walking around and coming and going. There is a gate across the ally that runs between the property and the property next door. It screeches horribly and someone used it repeatedly at night while we were there. If you have small children in your party I highly recommend taking a fan or noise machine.

This place was amazing! When we were there, we spent almost all our time on the front porch! We had some laughs and tears there! Savannah is just gorgeous and has that laid back vibe. We enjoyed all the shops, river walk, city market, frsh seafood and all the museum's. We also mastered the DOT transportation! Just a extremely great time! Would recommend this porch lovers dream to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was very well appointed, lacking only a few homey items: pot holders, dish cloths in kitchen, full length mirror. Also, the main room could use a more comfortable chair for tv viewing.
And for all of us “ old folks”, step by step directions for Roku. Most of our stay was spent on front porch visiting with fellow renters and permanent neighbors. Only problem we encountered was noise from roofing work on neighboring home. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this home to friends.

Enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect. It’s near a grocery store and coffee shop. Most of all, the building and living quarters are outstanding. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The downtown to all the shops, River market, museums, and tours are all in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay at this home!

The property was as listed. Walking distance to Forsyth Park which was convenient for a morning walk with breakfast at Collins Corner restaurant or a quick coffee at the corner coffee shop. Parking in front was a plus. This home is divided into 4 residents which I didn't expect. Thankfully, we didn't have any upstairs neighbors creating noise from above. The only suggestions I would have is to install grab bars in the bathroom; had a nasty fall which could have been avoided.

The house was conveniently located only 2 short blocks from a large grocery story and 4 block from the beautiful Forsyth Park. We appreciated the information about things to do in Savannah. Using the digital concierge’s board we were able to book a hop on hop off trolley tour of the city for the same price as online and we were even picked up at the house and transported to the tour start. Overall a wonderful home and would stay here again.

My sister and I went to Savannah for her 40th birthday. This adorable house/townhouse was clean and had everything you needed. It is a 25 min walk to the riverfront but only a 4-5 min Uber drive. We rented a car o be able to go to Tybee beach which was only 25 min away so was very well located. Big front porch to spend mornings and evenings was perfect, even got some rain one night and still able to sit out there. I didn’t realize didn’t have access to upstairs balcony, but that was my mistake. Would definitely stay here again!
