Beautiful house and great location. I would say it could have been a littler cleaner. There was hair on the floors and in the tubs and shower. And it looked like it could of have a good dusting of all window seals. But other than that, great place!

This home was in a great location but it was so dirty. Dirty underwear and empty snacks under the beds, the bed lines were used actually, they had pee stains on them. There were very little utensils to cook with in the kitchen. The washing machine had mold in it and the smell was horrible. There was very limited cleaning supplies I ended up buying my own and giving the place a clean. The grass wasn’t cut and the hot tub was filthy. There was a beautiful deck but we couldn't sit out on it because of the mosquitoes. If they cut the grass I bet it wouldn’t have been so bad.The bath towels had bleach stains on them. We contacted the property management and he was so rude and accused us of having threatening behavior which was was absolutely not true. This place was not cheap and I expected a little more from the management. Overall very disappointing and embarrassing as we had family in from Ireland and wanted to show them a good time. We have stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the worst.

This home did not disappoint. Overall, we enjoyed the fact that it was beautifully decorated and roomy as well. We had 11 people who had an opportunity to eat, play games and fellowship because of the layout of the home. The kitchen, dining room and keeping room kept us together and comfortable. The deck offered a large space for gathering, but the mosquitos were NOT kind!! The bedrooms were cozy and decorated nicely. One bed in the bedroom and the daybeds was not comfortable, but we got through it. The hot tub was cleaned towards the end of the stay which was not in the agreement. The garage stalls were narrow so parking took some concentration with large SUVs. Also, the kitchen did not have a lot of gadgets, very random ones with awkward pot sizes (we brought pots from home). It is a great home, i would rent it again. The location was so close to Kroger, Walgreens and a coffee house--loved it!

Lovely home, clean and spacious. Everything we needed worked. We did not cook, but the kitchen is large and modern and well supplied. We also did not have time for the hot tub unfortunately. We had a little glitch with the billing initially, but the property manager responded quickly and was very polite and friendly. We definitely will be back! For the first time our family celebrated Christmas together out of town. Our children have taken jobs out of state so we decided to meet in a central location and found this beautiful property. The location was very convenient, only a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville while also close to grocery stores, pharmacy, neighborhood restaurants/bars, etc. We made daily use of the hot tub and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The house wasn't as clean as I would have expected and also had an issue with lady bugs but the property manager compensated us for these inconveniences. If you're looking for a place to stay that feels luxurious yet homey, this is the place for you.

Loved celebrating Thanksgiving and an 80th birthday at this place. Lots of big spaces for groups and plenty of rooms for privacy! Easy drive to Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry, plus easy walking to grocery & liquor stores. Teens loved the yard games and everyone loved the hot tub,, deck and gas grill. (We ate all our suppers there, so if you plan to cook meals for 10-12 you will need to request more cooking pots and several serving bowls! )Lots of TVs and everything else you need! ALL beds were super comfortable! Great neighborhood! All 10 of us recommend staying here!

House located in a very nice, safe, neighborhood, very close to Nashville with easy parking. Seems to be a very well cared for home by the owners. We got there a little earlier than expected so requested an hour or 2 early check-in. Didn't hear anything back. Drove past the house and the cleaners were there. Even a "no you can't check in early" would have been better than no response. Inside the house the floor could use some attention. Scuff marks everywhere on the hardwood and clearly in need of buffing or a good scrubbing. We didn't use the deck because it had leaves all over that had clearly been there for some time and could have easily been removed with a leaf blower and 10 minutes of someone's time. Lady bugs were located throughout the living room ceiling. At one point I counted 24. Ladybugs are good luck but no one needs that much good luck. All in all, good stay and beautiful home but could have been better with a little attention to detail.

We rented this house so the family of the bride could all stay together, and to use as a meeting place for family who was coming in from out of town to visit us, when each were between events. The brides grandmother stopped over to meet and spend time with her first great-grandchild in this comfortable, well lit home. The wedding photographer took photos of the bride getting ready in the gorgeous master suite vanity area, and took first-looks in the front yard. The enormous master closet was the perfect setting to photograph the wedding dress, and the full length mirrors in each bedroom made it perfect for getting ready. After the wedding my husband and I definitely took advantage of the hot tub, after the rest of our family left town. Thank you so much for the use of this well cared for home. We would love to stay here again sometime. I didn't get any photos on my camera but this home is very photo worthy.

The location was convenient but we had a car. The house fit our group of 9 but if you have more than 10 people, they would have to sleep on pull out couches. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t any Tupperware or containers to store good after we cooked. There was a big dead animal in the garbage can which stunk up the whole yard. We had to roll the garbage can to the end of the property to alleviate some of the stench. Someone from the neighborhood could of throw that animal in there so I don’t completely blame the property but the smell with the heat was awful. Other than those small items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

House was spacious and great for family members who were in town for a wedding. The one complaint from everyone was the lack of support in the mattresses. They were way too soft. Kitchen was big enough for everyone to congregate and was right next to the living room so it was easy for everyone to be together.

This was a great place to stay for our family. We had a little bit of a disappointment when there was no pack n play as the manager stated that their would be before hand so we had to go out and purchase one. Not to be too picky but also wanting to be helpful, dish rags would be nice in the home and also bed linens that don’t pull off the mattress every night. It happened to almost all of the beds.

There were 8 people in our party. Four of us had been to Nashville twice before. For the other 4, this was their first time. I decided to rent a home instead of paying for 4 hotel rooms. This home did not disappoint! At 3800 square feet, there was ample room for everyone to be together and for everyone to also have their own quiet retreat. The kitchen was massive. Could have been stocked with a few more kitchen necessities but other than that, it was perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable for everyone. The master suite can definitely use some new fluffy pillows but we were so tired at the end of the day, we were still able to get a good night's sleep. We used the hot tub twice and it was very comfortable after a night on the town. The closet in the master suite is massive and a perfect place to store all of our luggage and clothing. We also enjoyed playing cornhole in the backyard for an entire afternoon. When we come back to Nashville in the summer of 2025, we would definitely like to stay here again. It was perfect!!!
