Very chic and beautifully designed apartment….best location and incredibly user friendly to get in and out of town because it’s right on the Grand Canal! Giulio was a terrific resource and very helpful during our fabulous stay. Highly recommend this wonderful spot :)

If you love history and elegance this apartment is for you! The location is incredible. A short walk to everything you want to see and great places to eat. You can sit at the end of the dock and watch all the gondolas go by and an awesome view of the Rialto Bridge. The taverna next door is sooo good. We will stay here again.

We are a family of 5 who stayed for two nights at this property. The location is fantastic. Actually didn't realize how well situated it was when we booked as we don't know Venice too well. The property was well appointed and great old and new architecture. It is situated in a courtyard right by the water so a water taxi can drop you off or pick you up right there. There is a nice restaurant right below as well which is worth visiting. it is not noisy from the apt. though. Highly recommend this property.

If you have the opportunity to book this apartment, do it immediately. It is a perfect location and it’s beautiful inside. So much space for our family and we loved the old world modern decor. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Boat taxi drops off right at your front door.

If this apartment is available grab it! you will not be disappointed. The photos do not do this absolutely stunning space justice. It is a perfect blend of modern and classic Venetian architecture. The design elements are stunning. It is a very large apartment with everything you need. Location is perfect. In a very busy part of town but tucked up a small alley that no one travels through. There is a great bar / restaurant right below that is frequented mostly by locals and we did not have any issues with noise late at night. The small courtyard that the apartment sits on is right on a dock you can take taxis directly to and from. incredibly convenient in all ways and absolutely gorgeous. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. Truly a perfect stay and perfect way to end our multi city vacation.

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect, near the Rialto Bridge and nestled in a small square off the Grand Canal. The Taverna downstairs is popular with live music and fun crowds. We had a delicious dinner there one night. Guilio met us for check-in and organised our taxi service to the airport (directly from the dock out front!) Highly recommend this apartment for your adventures in Venice!!

What a find! Perfect location. Great property - plenty of space for a group to stay. Host could not have been more helpful. And if you do choose to stay, would TOTALLY recommend a private transfer from Marco Polo airport - perfect start to a perfect stay!

Location was good. Place was very clean. There were 2 weddings below in the little piazza on Saturday. They were noisy but I enjoyed watching. WIFI was spotty.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Venice. The place is impeccably furnished and the overall interior design is beautiful. The location is very close and quick walks to the Rialto Bridge and the main square. The apartment is located in a small square that has a restaurant and bar located near the entrance of the apartments’ steps. We did not eat at the restaurant but it does steady business, we did have drinks there one afternoon which was pretty chill to sit outside with views of the grande canal. The downstairs restaurant can get quite busy depending on the day and it seemed like the crowd would die down around midnight. We didn’t have issues with noise, which is pretty typical of Venice because it’s so busy, as the bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment and very quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very modern and spacious. We ate breakfast in the unit with very cool views of the canal. The office area in the unit came in handy as I did my fantasy football draft and catching up on work matters. The internet worked well in the living areas and master bedroom but the signal was weak in the back two bedrooms but we didn’t find this a huge a inconvenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool designer apartment that is nicely decorated with lots of character and slightly off the beaten path but close proximity to all the key sights. The check in and check out process was seamless and very well communicated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place during our visit.

My family of five had an incredible stay. Plenty of space to sleep and relax. A beautiful view of the Grand canal and an exceptional location close to the Rialto bridge, yet tucked away in a quiet square. We felt like locals and were close to everything. All our questions were promptly answered and we had the easiest check in and stay. We would stay here any time we were lucky enough to come to Venice. Mutto bene!

Perfect place for a long weekend stay with our family of 4 and mother/grandmother. The location is near the Rialto Bridge, as well as good restaurants and a small grocery store (5 min walk) that was great for making morning meals, picking up ingredients for simple meals, and bottles of wine. Our family took a water taxi from the airport to the Rialto Bridge stop - where we we greeted by Giglio. He promptly walked us to the property, showed us around upon arrival, provided restaurant recommendations, and provided details of the property's beautiful restoration - a mix of history with modern details and amenities. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils, and everything needed for our long weekend stay. Plenty of ice in the freezer. There was even some spices, olive oil, and other extras that were a nice touch. Bathrooms were updated beautifully and were located side-by-side near the bedrooms. Both supplied with shampoo/conditioner and body soap, hairdryer, plenty of towels and toilet paper. During our stay in Venice, the temperatures were higher than summer averages. The air conditioning worked fairly well in the evenings. If we did not keep the bedroom doors open at night, the bedrooms became warm. It also helped to keep the glass door at the top of the entry stairs closed to keep the cooler air in. The property was definitely a respite upon coming home in the evenings from the hot days, however a couple of fans would have helped to circulate the air around the property. We did find a fan in the main bedroom but it did not work. There is also a restaurant at the base of the property. We did not eat there, so I cannot comment on the food or experience, however it seems to be a popular outdoor dining location on weekend nights, with people gathering outside and some arriving/departing by boat on the pier. Saturday evening was quite a celebration. It is easy to hear this from the property, so I imagine light sleepers might take issue. The rest of our stay was quiet. Sitting on the pier, watching the boats within the Grand Canal with a glass of wine at sunset, was a highlight Sunday or Monday evening of our stay. Overall the place was beautiful and perfect for our long weekend in Venice. I would definitely recommend this property for families, just be aware that weekend evenings might be eventful for light sleepers.

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Venice within walking distance to all of the major sights. The property has a lot of character and charm that takes you back to early Venice!!

This apartment is located very close to the Rialto bridge. There is a restaurant on the first floor, however it is pretty quiet inside. This is a very old building but was remodeled. It is a gem! Ample, beautiful, modern decoration, spacious. Absolutely worth it!

This was our second stay at this apartment. The location is perfect. It’s got a cute courtyard and dock right on the Grand Canal. Quiet area that’s only an alley walk away from shopping and very close to the Rialto Bridge. Pictures are accurate.

A big thanks to Stefano & Giulio for our stay in their beautiful apartment, sensitively decorated so that you feel like your living within the history of Venice even when inside the apartment. An absolutely incredible viewpoint from the dining room window, fantastic facilities and easy friendly communication. Would love to stay again.

The apartment is right by the Rialto Bridge overlooking Remer courtyard with views of the Grand Canal. Large open living room for relaxing with wine and cheese at the end of the day.

The property is in a good spot for people watching and enjoying dinner at the restaurant below. The property appeared as the pictures show. The linens were a bit used and it was loud in the evenings, but all in all was a decent stay in Venice.

One flight of stairs, no lift, not needed for us. The apartment is very big with a large living room, large kitchen, and three large bedrooms. The two bathrooms were larger than most we saw in Italia. There is also an eating area with a large window where you can watch the boat traffic on the Grand Canal. This apartment was full of character and obviously very old. We enjoyed this aspect of it, but if new and modern are your thing, this isn't the place. The air conditioning and wifi worked okay, but the wifi didn't reach back into the bedrooms very well.The location is amazing and everything was a reasonable walk from there. The restaurant that is part of the same building was great and highly recommended for anyone staying there. It does create some noise for the evenings but didn't bother us. We loved it and would highly recommend for families or larger groups traveling to Venezia!

We spent a couple of nights in this beautiful Venice apartment at the end of our 2-week Italy trip. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location - close to everything, but tucked away and relatively quiet - save for the fun and energetic noise from the beautiful, historic tavern next door, which had great jazz music and lovely ambience. We enjoyed our coffee overlooking the activity on the canal in the morning, and was nice to come back and get out of the crowds at lunch time. We would definitely stay there again. Great communication and easy check-in. The apartment itself was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We loved it!

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The decor is very artistic and stylish. We enjoyed spending time in this place. The actual rating would be a four and a half star. Only negative was that the check in process was delayed, because the person came late to the meeting place. Our boat may have arrived earlier than expected. We did not know how long it would take from the airport. I called her as the boat was departing as instructed. She should have been there on time.

Older apartment with dated furniture but a great location overlooking the Grand canal. The water taxi from the airport dropped us off at the front door of the apartment so there was no need to drag our luggage around town, up and down bridges as we saw other tourist doing. Also, the apartment is only 5 minutes from the train station by water taxi and again we got picked up at the door. We are a family of 5 adults so the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us with plenty of space.

We has a wonderful stay! Location was PERFECT!! The flat did not disappoint it had everything needed and was well maintained. The beds were just ok but you do not come to Venice to sleep. The flat has a few corks but so does my home lol. I defiantly stay here again and would recommend ..much better then staying in a hotel. Thanks you !!
