Our stay was excellent. The property was beautiful and perfect for our annual trip. The location was close to many venues and provided everything we needed. Our host Connor was very responsive and made sure our stay was great.

What a fantastic house! Perfect location, perfect setup for larger groups, great private pool area, and beautiful views from the main congregating areas. Everything you need is at this place and the owner Connor could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The neighborhood is full of friendly people who walk their dogs at the park across the street. Great vibes and definitely a rental I plan to visit again in the near future.

Really nice property located in a great location on the river, close to everything. The heated pool, hottub, pool table and ping pong tables were awesome to have. Connor, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We would stay there again.

I brought my three boys from CA for a visit in my hometown of Tampa. This home was perfect for us. My sister met us and spent the week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was well supplied, comfortable and in a great location. Connor was responsive, kind, and helpful. We hope to visit again in the future.

We had a group of 10 for a bachelor party weekend. The inside of the house was clean and it accommodated everyone. The outside needed some upkeep especially around the pool area. The neighborhood around the house is a little rough.

The home was in good condition. The pool needs some attention, missing pool tilea ans a few loose pavers around the pool. Aome household items were missing (grill scraper, garabe bags, etc.) but the property owner promptly had them delivered when requested. Location was close enough to walk to several restaurants and bars. Good experience overall.

Beautiful well kept property on the river with plenty of space. Situated on a dead end road it was very quiet which was wonderful. Property was equipped with everything you need for the stay. Would book again.

Accommodations were very nice. Owner was very responsive and house had some items we forgot to pack. Home was very clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Wish I knew there was also a Keurig , as we brought regular coffee. I would suggest the owner stock the kitchen with an electronic can opener. Would stay again on a family trip.

Beautiful Riverside home
We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home, and Connor was great at responding to my inquire. The inside of the house was clean, and well decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool very much, they enjoyed playing in front the home and we enjoyed watching the fishes in the river. I would recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

Family trip
Plenty of space. Used kayaks, fished, swam and used the hot tub. They had some chairs for our beech days too. Loved Social Club, restaurant called C, Bodega and Gangchi-chicken and beer. We did lots of traveling to see family and friends so the time we were there was relaxing over dinner. Hope this helps.

Every prior 4 and 5 star review is right-on. Connor was a fantastic contact. The property was exceptionally clean; the kitchen is fully equipped and fantastic. The bedrooms, pool table, and entertainment were top-notch. The pool was a great attraction for the 6 kids. Great way for our family to end 2019 and start 2020. Would return here in a nanosecond!

Top Tampa Retreat!
My large extended family of 14 people take a week to 10 day vacation every summer. Each year we rent a big home so we can stay together in one house. From California to Puerto Rico there has been no better rental home for us than this home in Tampa. First, the size and cleanliness of the home is incredible. We felt good about the place as soon as we walked in! There is plenty of space for a large family to socialize and reconnect. The home is newly renovated and has an open flow throughout. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for several cooks to prepare and cleanup after a large meal. The large grill is conveniently located just off the open flow kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with matching plates, forks, knives etc...The chef knives and steak knives were of great quality too. We had every gadget and appliance we needed, all top end and in great condition. There was nothing more we needed in the kitchen. We were so impressed by this. As I said, we have rented large family homes for over 15 years and this is by far the most well appointed ever. The pool area and hot tub were a great way to relax and refresh after a busy day of sightseeing. We went kayaking on the river, played pool, ping pong and played board games in the evening. The living room is very comfortable and great for lounging around and watching movies at night. The dining room is a warm and wonderful place for a large family meal and there is even more seating right off the kitchen. The bedrooms were large and bright with plenty of drawer and closet space. Also, there were extra cots in all the bedrooms with good mattresses and linens ready to use. We were so impressed by the attention to detail. The location is great for many Tampa attractions. Busch Gardens and the zoo are practically next door. Clearwater and St. Petersburg were highlights of our stay as well. Above all, Connor our host, was great to work with from the start. He is friendly and very communicative . Whenever we had a question he was prompt and courteous with a reply. I would highly recommend this upscale quality home to anyone wishing for an exceptional stay in Tampa.

We were in town for my sister's wedding and we could not have had a better time. The house was very neat and tidy, and the pool/attached jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long day of traveling around tampa.

Great Vacation Home
Our family spent a week in Tampa in July. My husband, myself, three children, their spouses, and our six grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The ping pong and pool table were perfect for extra things to do. In the evening after having been out sight seeing, the pool was exactly what the grandkids needed to release some energy, while the adults were able to sit around the pool and relax. Great time!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Rita H.

The house was lovely, clean, with everything needed but a broom and mop. The access road and turn-around area was much too small for the three cars and large van that we had.

Amazing Tampa Riverfront Mansion
An amazing property in "like new" condition. Beautifully appointed with high end finishes, linen, and everything you need for a wonderful, luxury stay minutes from everything happening in the area. This is one of the nicest larger homes we have stayed in. The owner was very helpful, responsive, and great to deal with. We will be back:)
