This property came as advertised. Located in a good area with lots of different things and places to go. Anyone who wants to stay around the ASU campus area, this is an excellent place. I gave it a 5 in every category. Thank you!

The property location was perfect for our visit during the Desert Classic hockey games. Very clean rental with all the necessities included, plus within walking distance of Ziggy's coffee (our new favorite). Owners were responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight was cancelled. Highly recommend.

We came to Arizona for our daughter’s ASU graduation. This property was perfect. It was close to campus and many restaurants. It was quiet and secure.

The condo was immaculately clean, roomy & comfortable!
The area felt very safe and the community is gated..... We took a nice evening walk to the nearby cvs.
We traveled with our teenage daughter & her teammate for a soccer event and the two bedrooms & baths were perfect for privacy between us and them.

This is a nice updated condo. The condo community is gated and the pool area is small but nice even though we did not use it. We can tell some of the other condos are with full time residences and not kept up but it was very quit and safe. This was the perfect place for us to be close to our daughters apartment when we come and visit. I can tell the owners go above and beyond to make it as nice as possible.

This is a good property. Everything was clean and stocked. The bedrooms were nice. Like the gated entry. You are in one of the best spots in Tempe, so there is plenty to do. Overall, good property for the price.

We were not disappointed in this property. It was clean, updated in a safe secure location. Easy access for exploring the Phoenix area. We especially liked how the bedrooms were upstairs each with their own bathroom. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Great Tempe Stay
A friend and I stayed for a football game, and to hit local breweries. Close to ASU campus, and easy to walk everywhere. Check in was super easy, as was check out. Would definately stay there again.

Great spot in Tempe!
Spent a week in Tempe to watch some baseball. This place is clean, quiet, and located close to all the parks on the east side. Owner communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this place for a short stay in Tempe!

Arizona property search
My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in the Phoenix region with friends looking at properties to buy as we plan for our respective retirements. The Lemon Condo was very clean as represented. It was a bit smaller than we expected but was well kept. The pillows could be a bit softer... but that may be a personal thing. Unfortunately the pools not heated. Too bad, that would have been great to enjoy at the end of a long day in the car and stomping around through the brush and cactus. Proximity to the Tempe River and the Fourpeaks Brewery were nice. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We'd stay again if in the area.

Poor unit
Shortage of towels and face cloths. Guest room had a queen bed and was extremely low to the floor. I would not be back to this unit.

Cancellation due to Covid-19
Hosts were very responsive and friendly, disappointed VRBO has not done more to support renters. Will likely use AirB&B in future. Two trips affected by this unforeseen pandemic, large losses for us. Have used VRBO for 15 years. they did not offer return of any of their fees

Perfect for our needs
This suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Easy walk to ASU campus, although the campus is huge so plan ~20-25 minutes to get across it. The covered parking spot was nice to provide a little shade for the vehicle. Kids enjoyed the pool and had it to themselves. Balcony was used to store our bikes. Easy communication with owners leading up to our trip. Would stay here again.

Home away from home
My husband and I stayed for one week. The condo was perfect.
It is centrally located for a stay in the Phoenix area. My friends live in Scottsdale & family living in Mesa. Also, it is a hop skip and jump to the Chicago Cubs Spring Training - Sloan Park. It is in a gated community. Justin & Sarah had every amenity in the unit that you could possibly need. The impeccable cleanliness of the unit.
We found a new place to call home for our week in Arizona.

Overall, nice place
We enjoyed our week in Tempe. Unit as stated is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex, so you have to climb stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us. Also make note that the televisions have basic local channels and HBO. Was a little disappointing that they didn’t have ESPN or some of the other sports channels. The unit was in good shape. Walls are thin - can hear the tv from the neighbors condo and also hear the guitar player on the other side. It wasn’t too loud, so we were able to ignore it. It was also nice and quiet at night. The unit has everything you need and was clean. I liked that they kept spare things in the cabinets like light bulbs. The one in the walk in closet was burned out and I was able to replace it. You can’t beat the location if you are there for ASU. We were visiting our daughter for parents weekend, so it was nice and close. One last comment - be cautious when parking in the reserved covered spot. Someone backed into our rental car since it’s a little tight. You may want to back into the stall instead so you can be sure to back in far enough. I would recommend to others.

A Perfect Place to Stay Near the University
We were at ASU for the week putting on an opera and this lovely condo fit our needs perfectly. It was close to the university; even within walking distance if it wasn't too hot. Plenty of great restaurants close by and close to public transportation. The unit itself was well appointed and extremely clean. A very easy place for 2 couples to be together. It was just like in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.
