Good location and easy access to the city by tram and S-Bahn. The room is well-kept and clean. They had all the amenities at the place including kitchenettes, fans and a vacuum cleaner.

The place is not ideal for a group of 3-4 people if elders are included in the group. All the big rooms are on the fourth floor without elevator facilities. Hence it is very difficult for people who cannot climb four flights. There is also no mention of the same in the description. Also during summer, the rooms on the top floors (big rooms) and unbelievably hot all the time.

It is worth the price. Calm area. Big spaces.

The WiFi is very bad. It was too hot (small windows and it is on the upmost floor, they had a big window, but people could come in from the roof terrace, so had to leave shut).

I know I was on vacation but I needed to work on a few things for work but Wi-Fi is horrible, I tried to get new fan in the room because the one we had was broken, never received a new one, but u also did not know I was supposed to call a number instead of a text

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The heating works perfectly, the dish and laundry washer were great additions to the whole experience. The staff was beyond nice.

I didn’t get the apartment from the picture, so make sure to double-check it before choosing one of the options. I wanted to rent a 1 bedroom apartment from the picture and I got a studio one that was on the ground floor which was not a great experience for me because I wasn’t comfortable with opening windows/balcony doors during the night.

Really well maintained, clean property. Brilliant value for money and close to an S-bahn, tram and bus station (3 s-bahn stops from the central station). Room was very clean even in rainy season and us and our 2 children had all the appropriate towels and bedding prepared beforehand. The room was well heated too with a nice kitchen with washing up liquid, tab for the dishwasher and cutlery. Even a private washing machine with tabs. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

The only thing we had trouble with was how to operate all the different washing machines and dryers. Would have been nice to have some instructions on the wall to avoid being stuck with damp clothes.

Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. We had to wait for more than one hour outside with sleepy and crying children. Then, when we finally got inside, the room was still dirty.

I would not recommend room number 1C in ground floor. 2 out of 3 nights I almost didn't sleep because there was incredible noise in the room that made it impossible to sleep. This noise sounded like a generator that always came on at night. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep and so I stayed awake almost all the time trying to contact the support hotline. Unfortunately, no result. The sleeplessness then had a negative impact on my work activities during the day. This experience really made my stay in Vienna for several days unpleasant.

quite far from the center, but there is public transport. what I missed most was the curtains where I sleep, because of the light and so that the neighbors don't look at me

False photos and completely not responsive. I got an old and dirty apartment not even close to one on pictures. This is false advertising. When called the agency, they knew about it and played "we can give you another cleaning free of charge", "boss is not here", and similar.
