Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but the villa had everything we needed (including a baby gate)! It was definitely a relief, and very much felt like a home away from home. Cindy had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat, and was very responsive. The house is close to a trolly stop making it super easy to get around Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

The only negative aspect to our stay is we had to come home. Loved being able to walk to the Lighthouse and shops, while kids could ride bikes and trolly to the beach. Fantastic hosts who suggested all the right spots to grad breakfast or a nice dinner. A home away from home feel.

Wonderful, clean, updated home in the heart of Sea Pines in Hilton Head. Host was extremely communicative with activities, restaurants and general info getting around the resort area. Would rent again for sure!

This Sea Pines Villa felt like a home, not a rental property.
Clean, updated and well maintained. Everyone in our party had a great week of sleep on comfortable beds. Bathroom showers were clean and water pressure was great.
Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances in unit were in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer off the enclosed entry patio/ beach drop zone area.
The beach closet with beach essentials was fantastic! Beach wagon and chairs were clean and in great condition. We had brought are own chairs and umbrellas not knowing what we would find, but next time we will not pack them. They truly have everything you need for all ages to have a great beach week, including plenty of nice beach towels.
Our villa car pass let us park in the Sea Pines Beach Club parking lot and we always found a space no matter the time of day. Clean bathrooms, sand washing stations, life guards on duty and plenty of dining options.
The pool at the villa is large, clean and surrounded by beautiful trees. Plenty of nice lounge chairs and shaded spots if you need out of the sun.
We loved the location of the villa. The area was quiet and peaceful when sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course. It was a quick bike ride to Harbour Town and less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

Booked this property last minute (2 days before check-in). Had a great time with my family. The property was updated , spacious, clean, and accommodating. The villa is located on the fairway of the first tee of Harbor Town Golf Links. The property owner was very responsive and engaging with any questions we had. Would recommend this property. My husband, 8 year old son and my parents (in their 70’s) spent a week in Harbour Town. It was an amazing experience. Soon after the initial booking, Cindy called and went over their property and what Harbour Town has to offer. My husband and I had been to Hilton Head in the past, but never Sea Pines. Sea Pines was definitely the place to be! During our entire stay-Cindy was just a text away-any questions we had. The condo was extremely clean and had more amenities than any VRBO that we have rented before. We drove from Ohio, so not having to pack beach towels, beach chair, beach toys etc was EXTREMELY helpful! And all of these items were very nice and in excellent condition. It was nice having one master on the main floor for those who can’t do stairs. We spent evenings either playing euchre at the kitchen table, or throwing frisbee or corn hole off the back patio. The patio was extremely private. Our 8 year old loved counting the tree frogs on the patio each night…and seeing the deer on the golf course. When it came time to go to the beach, we used the trolley which was very close and convenient. It was nice grabbing dinner or even just ice cream and only having to drive a few minutes…this location is perfect! We rented bikes as well….a must in Sea Pines! During our stay we visited Lawton Farms..played putt putt and even went to an escape room on a rainy afternoon. All of this a very short drive. We would 100% rent this again and again!

My family and I had a great stay, there is really nothing at all to complain about. The pool is nice and close, very clean, the shallow end was great for my kids. We had plenty of space, the pictures do not do it justice for sure. We ended up driving to the beach most of the time but it was very easy to bike to harbor town and the kids really enjoyed it there. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean upon arrival. We loved our stay!

Villa is central to activities and amenities our family enjoys. Easily accessible to trolley (which both grandkids loved) and bike rentals are a plus! It was very clean, comfortable and the Gibbs have included extra touches to make you feel at home. We hope to return again another time!

Lovely, well maintained and well equipped property. Nice quiet location with great views over the golf course from the patio. Very convenient to Harbour Town and bike trails to beaches. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa.

We had the best experience staying in this wonderful villa! It was so nice, welcoming and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect- walking distance to Harbourtown and the trolley stop. The Heritage Villas pool was great too! The location was beautiful, looking out to the first hole on Harbourtown golf course. Accommodations were beyond perfect. We hope to be back in the future!

2 King comfy beds were wonderful! Many updates, well stocked kitchen and especially the new shower in the master downstairs were a bonus. Perfect for golf groups or families that are booking for a beach getaway.The owners take good care of this property and it shows.

This property right on the first fairway was ideal for enjoying the Heritage Golf Tournament as well as everything else that the community of Sea Pines has to offer. Perfectly situated between Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, you can easily walk or bike to restaurants and the beach. There is also a great neighborhood pool. The townhouse itself is beautifully appointed and Cindy is the perfect host. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Absolutely wonderful! House is beautiful and the location is perfect! We loved being on the golf course and it is close to the Sea Pines beach club which we frequented as well as Harbor Town. Hosts are communicative and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Hope to stay here again!!

2227 Heritage Villas was absolutely a fantastic property! Cindy, the owner, did an amazing job of decorating, furnishing, and stocking their property. It has all of the amenities that you could ask for. It is located on the first hole at Harbour Town Golf Links which lends itself to an incredible view. We will definitely return.

This was our fourth annual trip and it was by far the best property we have stayed at! Cindy is great, communicative and accommodating. If you are a golfer you can’t really do much better than here! Near the beach club, yacht basin and tennis courts as well. We will definitely be back!

The location, cleanliness and amenities of this condo made our vacation a five-star trip. Cindy was also available when needed, easy to communicate with and she really cared about my vacation making it a 5-Star vacation for me and my family. First the home was just as described and had everything you could possibly need - the home introduced us to Uno Flip card game and we spent hours and hours playing a new card game laughing. Lots of family board games and books. We rented bikes and every evening rode over to Deer Island after dinner to see the deer - my girls fed a few by hand with carrots. We rode to the stables a few times to the see the horses and many bike rides to Harbour Town for lunch, dinner and ice cream. Quarter Deck was a delicious place for dinner with a beautiful view - make sure to make reservations in advance! We drove over to the Sea Pines Beach Club and had lunch - another great spot. The pool is just a short walk and it's quiet large with plenty of seating. There is so much to do without having to leave the gates of Sea Pines. Publix is the first turn right outside of the Sea Pines gates which was super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so peaceful and quiet as well. We will definitely be back as you can't find a more perfect spot close to Harbour Town without having to drive your car everywhere! Thank you Cindy for everything!!!!

The Perfect RBC Heritage Villa!
I a local realtor and hosted a 4 day drop in event during the RBC Heritage and it was the perfect location and villa for the tournament. I could not have been more pleased with the property. It is updated, clean, and well appointed from the comfortable beds, crisp linens, and nice furnishings to the well stocked kitchen and lovely rear patio to watch the golfers go by. A perfect 10 both to the owners and their lovely property - well done!!!

We stayed at the villa for our kids spring break. We enjoyed the villa as it was very clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were a ton of beach toys, chairs, beach towels and hooks to hang your beach towels to dry inside and outside. The owner thought of every little thing that you'd reach for at home and wouldn't think would be available in a rental. There were fans in all of the rooms and plenty of closet space and draws for clothing. All the bathrooms were very clean and up to date. We rented bikes and were able to ride to the beach that was very close and tennis courts and Harbor Town. The owner made check in extremely easy and painless. The villa location was quiet, convenient and very close to the pool. If we come back to HHI, we would love to come back to this villa again to stay.
