I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Miami! Gorgeous and spacious, with a perfect location right on the beach. There are two pools, one adult only - my kids enjoyed the family friendly pool and the adult one looked like fun! Easy driving distance to South Beach. There is a place in the lobby where you can have breakfast if you don’t want to go shopping or eat out. Front desk very efficient and I enjoyed the set up where you can call your car through an app instead of having to go down to the valet desk and wait - with that our car was always waiting for us by the time we came down. The property manager was very responsive. I also loved that there was no lengthy check-out to do list. About the unit: There is a gorgeous balcony, both bedrooms are large and so is the living room, the beds are very comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. Honestly, a pleasure!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and had a view of the ocean and beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very clean. There is a very nice boardwalk all along the beach. There is a great free trolley system that goes up and down the island. We found some good restaurants. Most we had to trolley or Uber to since there is not alot close by. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks.

This is our second time at this condo, and we are very pleased with it. Very clean and comfortable for our family.

My husband and I stayed here with our two small children for 5 days over Christmas. The check in process was simple and the place was great! Perfect size for us. The property was well kept, and the location was key. Right on the beach and pool. Most definitely would stay here again.

Balancing the electronic boxes on top of the TVs is lame. Put a shelf on the wall to hold them. Nice accommodation and very good location.

This was over all a very well up kept condo with prompt host to handle any concerns I had. The hotel resort overall was well maintained and had high security at door entrances and etc. Would come back for sure

Place was amazing and as described, get area to explore and within short drive of everything. Valet and hotel employees were all amazing and so helpful with everything and tips of places to go also

The unit was very clean which was important to us. The host takes great care in ensuring that his guest are well accommodated. We also appreciated the level of security at The Alexander overall. The staff at the pool/bar were extremely helpful and nice.

This was a very clean and spacious two bedroom & two bath apartment in the heart of Miami Beach. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were well maintained and the outside tiki bar served limited food and daily drink specials. Just a short walk out the back gate to the beach....rental chairs & umbrellas were available & reasonably priced. Gunjan (our host) was easy to communicate with and was very thoughtful by offering 2 fans when the air conditioning was temporarily shut off briefly for maintenance. Overall lovely place!

This super clean condo is very welcoming. The owners are very quick to respond to any issues/ questions you might have. This is our second stay in the same condo in the last 9 months and we will return again. The building has and is still under renovation. The Top of the Falls staff are all amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. They are also a great help in learning about local attractions and restaurants. We will stay here again, hopefully soon!

Pleasant condo right on the beautiful beach! Beds were comfy, easy to get where we wanted to go and loved walks on the boardwalk.

Gunjan is a great host who provided great instructions and expectations and prompt responsiveness for our stay. The condo is immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. Beachfront location for easy access to the ocean and boardwalk. The cafe downstairs has decent breakfast and lunch foods. Convenience shop in lobby very helpful too. The pool bar has drinks and basic bar food, so we walked to Fontainebleau for lunch one day. Easy bus or car ride to N Beach for lower key restaurants and Publix, or S Beach for the action. Just be aware of evening rush hour traffic on Collins which can add idle time to get around a little. Otherwise you can get to S Beach in 15-20 and downtown/Wynwood in roughly 30 minutes. Wynwood is super cool if you want to get off the beach for a day.

Nice condo in great location. Great pool and access to the beach. Just a heads up to owners, the gate from the pool area to the boardwalk is usually left open, and not monitored. We met people who said they regularly come there to use the pool and gym without being guests. As we walked along the boardwalk we noticed that most every other property's gates were closed, and many had staff standing by the gate.

This Condo was amazing, very spacious. Views were great of the ocean. Beds comfortable. Very clean. When you first walk in, there was a fresh, delightful smell. We very much liked the location. Beach was great. We got chairs and umbrella almost every day. We walked the beach path to mid beach and south beach for dinner. Got my steps in. We uber’ed sometimes. Was super easy. We did big grocery shopping at local Publix but there is also a convenient mini-market right next door in hotel to left. We did the Everglades for the day. Rented a car locally. That was fun! The owner was 100% responsive. We plan to go back. Loved our stay. Thank you! Property exceeded our expectations!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful view - glad there was seating on the balcony to enjoy it! Clean, steps from the beach and comfortable! We loved having ice in the freezer, kitchen tools and paper towels to keep things tidy. Check in and check was super easy but remember to ask for pool towel cards when you arrive and save yourself an extra stop. Wrist band access was convenient. Fastest and friendliest valet service I had in ages! The beach area was great and loved the walking path. Rent the beach chairs - it’s worth it! Although the building and elevators were busy, it was really quiet in the condo. We were a little disappointed in the pool area. Understandably, there’s going to be some sand in the pool, but the pool deck could use a good power wash and many of the chairs have seen better days. Clear and timely communication with owners made everything go smoothly.

Overall, we had a great time in Miami and staying in this condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean (even our son mentioned how clean it smelled when we arrived). The beds were very comfortable. Gunjan was extremely responsive to all communications. It was clearly disclosed in the listing that the building was undergoing renovations (mostly around the pool). It doesn't really detract from anything, other than being a little unsightly. The only real negative I can say is that the building staff wasn't the best (not Gunjan's fault). The staff for towel service at the pool was late/missing on multiple occasions and the staff overall seemed completely apathetic to even simple questions/concerns. Note: The valet service isn't cheap, but they were incredibly fast/attentive. If you're arriving/departing, just let them know you'll need some extra time to pack/unpack the car and they'll move it to the side so you don't feel like you need to rush - clutch if you're traveling with multiple kids and lots of stuff. Overall a very nice stay.

The entire process with easy & efficient. The room was adequate &.clean. The valet parking was convenient but be prepared to pay 30.00 per night not including tip. The location was good & Concierge was super helpful.

Fantastic spacious unit with a well sized balcony and wide ocean view. Beach front access makes this an ideal location for anyone looking to take advantage of the warm ocean water. Beautiful lobby and entryway. The only drawback was lack of pool chairs as many of them were broken, but I prefer the ocean so wasn't an issue for me. Not many places to walk to for eating, but there is a great sushi restaurant a couple hotels up.

This was such a wonderful experience. 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 to 20 min drive to just about anywhere you could want to go. Beautiful condo with beautiful view each direction. Will be our go to spot from now on.

The owner always replied immediately and provided all the necessary information without hesitation. He was open to any and all questions. Great property. Staff of the property was wonderful and helpful. The only flaw, is there is nothing around the property. (ie>>. stores or restaurants) Had to walk a long way to grocery store or uber.

I could have spent every day sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The sunrises and sunsets were awesome! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was supplied. I highly recommend this listing.

Owner as well as staff provided excellent service. We left the property by vehicle a total of 3 times during a week long stay. Twice to buy groceries and once to go shopping. We were thoroughly entertained all week with the beach, pool and bar! Definitely recommend this location.
