I came to have knee surgery at the Stone clinic. Which is crutching distance away. Easy no stairs. Great location to the water front, view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Grocer store close by. The host Laura was very accommodating. Plus the backyard garden and bbq was a bonus. I would definitely come again.

We were so happy to spend four amazing days at Laura's flat! We lucked out on the weather, every day sunny. The flat is immaculate, And coffee on the patio every morning! Laura provided so much information on best restaurants, things to do, and very detailed instructions for the flat. The Marina is the next street, great walking and oh so beautiful. We'll definitely be back. Many thanks, Laura!

The rental was great and the outdoor space is a huge bonus. Couldn't believe that it was only a few minute walk to get to the water. Great restaurants all around and beautiful walks along the bay. Would definitely recommend it!

This place is located in a nice neighborhood, close to everything. It's a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Parking like everywhere is San Francisco is hard to find. We did get a parking ticket one night for parking across the road. She said we could park at the marina during the day because you have to move your car by 10am everyday Monday thru Friday. We thought that meant we could park there anytime but apparently not. If you can't find a spot at night I would ask what you should do. The other nights we were able to find a spot in front of house.
You can't see the Tv from the bed. If that's something you're use to doing. Also, the thermostat is a smart, motion activated one, set at 66. You can adjust but, when you go to sleep, it goes back to 66. We woke up cold every morning. Other than that we had a great stay, very nice. We would stay again. Linda was very nice and helpful.

The studio met all our needs.
The patio was incredible.
The location was amazing.
Couldn’t ask for more.
Only issue was riding bicycles over the Golden Gate Bridge when it was very windy. Not recommended

Ground floor studio behind/through the garage. As nice as the photos suggest, with lovely private patio outside the french doors. Laura is a great host. Very clean and attractive space. Great, active neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

We came in to San Fran to see a concert and get away from normal life. This studio was perfect! There was plenty of room and the court yard was perfect. Laura was wonderful and so helpful! The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The neighborhood was so quite. We had a great time and most definitely will be back. Thank you Laura

Wonderful stay in a great part of San
Francisco. Parking was easy, access to the water and walking trails in sight of the bridge was fantastic. Laura was a great host. Highly recommended.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property! Laura was an exceptional host who was very communicative and gave us a tour of the property when we checked in. She kept in touch during our stay and even went above and beyond by offering us her parking spot at one point if we had trouble finding our own.
The rental has a large, open-floor plan with a gorgeous patio out back that was perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There is a Safeway conveniently located a couple of blocks away and the marina is close by as well. We had all the amenities we needed and were able to walk or scooter to some of our favorite places.
I highly recommend this property and plan on staying here again in the future.

Wonderful space
This studio is lovely. Kitchen is equipped nicely. We made coffee and breakfast while we were here. Ample sitting and work area. Backyard patio is stellar! Only note is the bed is a Murphy bed tucked into a corner and if you have two people the person sleeping next to the wall has no night table and has to climb around to get out of bed.

Short Bay Area visit
The property was in the perfect location! Great views of Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and easy access to highways. The private back patio was a bonus treat. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bed was very comfortable. The weather cooperated too. Thank you Laura

Lovely, perfectly appointed, garden apartment
My husband and I loved staying here. The apartment was very comfortable as well as beautiful……also clean, spacious and located in an interesting scenic neighborhood. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful. We would go back.

Beautiful Retreat in Perfect Location
Spent a wonderful weekend at Laura's place. The apartment was very comfortable. We loved the back patio, beautiful! The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and didn't have to get in our car until it was time to go home. There are many restaurants to choose from just a short walk away. The harbor and Fort Mason are also a short walk. Aquatic Park and Ghiradelli Square are a bit longer of a walk but still close. We highly recommend Laura's place!

Amazing gem!
My husband and I stayed in this charming studio apartment and we were thrilled! Large kitchen, comfortable bed, very quiet, and the most beautiful patio ever! It’s is a perfect location and Laura is an incredible host. So kind and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the Marina District Location!
Laura is a warm, gracious host of this conveniently located yet quiet and peaceful property. The proximity to restaurants, the waterfront, Fort Mason, Chestnut Street, Safeway, the Palace of the Arts (be sure to check it out at night!), and many SF attractions is ideal for us. I especially appreciated that the studio is on the first floor with no need to go up and down stairs. The lovely, backyard garden is a pleasure to return to after long days of sightseeing. Fantastic Neighborhood
Great experience at this unique property in the perfect neighborhood. A short walk to restaurants, coffee and groceries and a great park with a trail to walk, bike or run along the water. Fine size for a solo traveler or couple. Private courtyard was a bonus! Kitchen is basic with small fridge, microwave, and hot plate. I would certainly return!

I just loved this ultra comfortable studio with gorgeous outdoor garden in the heart of the Marina. It's in such a charming neighborhood and close to everything great! This stay exceeded my expectations in every way and the host was exceptional too!

Fabulous location, easy parking, and lovely courtyard.
Laura was accommodating. The studio was comfortable for my husband and me. We loved being by the Marina and Chestnut Street and enjoyed time in the courtyard. Parking was easy day and night. We highly recommend!

Great Location!
I really enjoyed my stay at Laura’s apartment. Far more spacious than I imagined. Very clean, quiet and close to an awesome walking trail with spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge Along Crissy Field. Laura was also very kind. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in SF.

Great location
We were within walking distance of Fort Mason (Greens restaurant), Chrissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge and much more. Our host was fantastic. The unit is very quiet. The backyard a lovely place to sit. When we again return to SF, we will try to stay here again.

Wonderful apartment with all the comforts of home.
My whole rental experience and stay was perfect. Laura was a wonderful host and the apartment was ideal. We enjoyed the city, Fort Mason, the waterfront and more. Food, shops and restaurants are with in a short walk.
One of my favourite VRBO stays. Highly recommend.

San Fran trip
This property is amazing. Our only wish was that we had more time to experience it especially the patio area. We were in town for a convention at Mosconi and got there easily using the 30 bus. So easy and inexpensive we used it for getting to Fisherman’s Wharf to eat and catch the ferry to Sausalito. The unit is in a very nice area! Loved everything about this unit!
