Nicely designed apartment, directly located at the waterfront and with a superb view of the bay. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful host. Flexible check-in and check-out.

From the info we received, we were under the impression that it was a fully detached and isolated house. Yet, it turned out that the accommodation was in fact the first floor of the house of the owner, who lives on the second and third floor. And his balcony is directly above the terrace of the accommodation. We heard and saw the owner and his guests regularly. He surely is a very kind host. But we did not know this. Also from the photos this had not become clear. It created a different vibe than we had imagined, and which we had to get used to. Smaller comments: Wifi was weak. The beds are rather soft.

Private beach was fantastic, the villa had everything you needed, the owner was brilliant and really helpful, could not fault our stay here at all . We Evan had a cat and dog they were so well behaved they came with the villa . Will be returning without a show of doubt Evan a kayak was there , mega place 😁😁😁

Everything was well thought we had everything we needed. It was a really a home away from home. The garden was magnifecent. The swing bed was a great way to put the kids to bed. The beach was very clean and it was amazing not having to carry anything. The owner had also provisioned for beach towels. The house was full of all the goods (oil, spices, etc) and utencils necessary to cook and having a dishwasher afterwords was really usefull. Out of amenities we even regularly used the bluetooth speaker. We have to mention that even though the bid dining table was exceptional and very useful for lunch in the hot greek summer, we would have loved a dining table outside (not an issue but an idea) for our breakfast and/or dinner when it is not that hot. Suzy was the cuttest and friendliest dog, we loved having her around when she visited she was a real addition to our trip!

Although it was mentioned in the notes we did not initially realise that we had to call for the cleaning crew to come. She came right away though!

This is a great, modern place with a huge garden in front of the beach, which makes it perfect for families with children. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a big dining room and sofas that 2 more people can sleep. It’s around 10-15 minutes drive from the center of Mytilene which is just perfect because its far enough to be quite and close enough so that you don’t feel isolated. The owner is very helpful and polite and the he had equipped the house with all the necessaries so that you can survive the first day of your arrival. (coffee, juice, wine, beers, jams, biscuits, etc). other than this, the house is equipped with everything that you need! The garden is great and safe and the beach in front of the house is also nice. We are a family of four (two children, 5 and 2), and we liked the fact that we could leave the children in the garden to play without needing to chase them all the time. This made us chill out a bit as well! I also enjoyed my joking next to the sea in a dirty road (I could run 5KM) most of the part next to the sea, which was very refreshing! Overall, I highly recommend it especially for families, but be aware that a car is probably required.
