I liked the Guest Relations officer, Zeynep who took special care of us at all times.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Hotel Ilıca Spa & Wellness Thermal Resort. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care of us. Our room was very clean, well located with a great view. The spa center was exceptional, suitable for adults with its terms and for children with its pools with attractions. The evening buffet was of remarkable quality and the Kid's club, open until 10pm, offered many activities and games, as well as a mini disco with dance lessons. Also, I would like to point out that we could trust the staff. I forgot my Bluetooth headphones in my room and they were sent by kargo within 24 hours which is really appreciated. Thank you all for this wonderful stay.

great place to relax. All staff were excellent and very attentive.

less of activities, some activity for all days of the week would be great. live music all nights will be good. Cabin room , toilets need detailed cleaning. bed linens need cleaning and the mattress is not comfortable.

Beach is different from other white sandy with clear water, romantic outdoor sitting areas, thermal pool, view from the lodge, staff were very friendly, suitable for couples. Staff was very friendly, We arrive early and they gave us free early check in with breakfast.

Room need new furniture, bathroom was smelly of sewage, dinner time is very short 7 to 9 pm, bathroom tile was broken.

Breakfast was pretty nice. Beach, docks and whole facilitiy were pretty nice but unfortunately due to the strong winds we couldn't enjoy the beach well. Staff were pretty helpful and professional.

The pricing in September could be more affordable.

Excellent resort with very good facilities. We really enjoyed our time at the resort. Many things to do and several pools to enjoy.

The only thing we didn't like was the coffee machines in the dining room. Anything with milk does not taste good. Tastes like using coffee mate not fresh milk.

Open buffet was good. Hotel is directly adjacent to beach.

This hotel is overly priced. It felt outdated. Paint in the spa area was coming off. Walls were not cleaned in the swimming area regularly you could see green colors. Our room had ants and shower and sink area had chalk stains. Pretty much all the stuff were old and our toilet was crooked. If this is a 5 star hotel then you cant serve days old mozaïek cakes either.

It was a period after the hot season (beginning of September) and most of the facilities were not as it was promised by the hotel. For example, the grill bar, terrace bar, etc were closed around 7pm since not many people are there but a visitor expects to receive service for what he/she pays for. The vegetables in the canteen were not washed well, e.g., tomatoes and cucumbers were muddy. We asked for housekeeping only once in a 5 days of stay and we found the room full of dust, hair and sand on the floor once we were back (probably most of the staff were dismissed after hot season and the remaining ones were in rush to carry on the operations). Showers are totally crap. Probably very old infrastructure and maintenance leads weak water supply from shower. Toilet kept clogged whole holiday probably because of the same reason. Air conditioning kept shutting down very often due to power voltage issues in the hotel.
