Had a great week. Loved the separate beach access from the balcony.

Very good, great view, good location, place was a described, parking spot very tight, could use a deeper cleaning, overall great!

Great location! Beach front views from the family room and just a few minutes walk to the beach with a back entrance and hose to rinse your feet before going back up. The balcony off the family room is very roomy and we spend time out there watching the ocean. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful for a family vacation 😊

The condo was nice, bigger than we expected. The location and view are great. Close to shops and restaurants and of course, right on the beach. We would stay again if visiting OC. The only concern was some lack of cleaning attention.The main areas/appliances were clean, but the air vents and less used surfaces had significant layers of dust.

This place was awesome! It overlooked the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Ken was available if we needed him, and was very helpful through the whole booking process and through the trip. If you are a family with young kids this place is perfect for you!

Location, location, location and View, view, view!!! As advertised, this property is in great oceanfront location with great views from balcony and semi private beach access. Property is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Only thing this property lacks to be top notch is just a little attention and refreshing - like updating/organization of cooking utensils, closets organization, and bathroom towel bars/toilet paper fixture replacement. Although we had a minor inconvenience with nearly new refrigerator (all appliances are practically new), owner was easily contacted and quickly had it serviced. Bottom line, this property is now our first choice for return visits to OC.

The owner, when I informed him on arrival of multiple things falling apart and it being filthy simply said that the usual cleaning crew had someone else come due to an emergency and he wouldn't be hiring those people again. There were dirty socks in the bed linens, under a pillow. The duvet covers had human hair on them and did not appear fresh in any regard. I sent the owner pictures of the filthy floors with trash and balls of hair under beds and behind doors as well as photos of the dining room lamp which was not screwed in and fell apart when we pulled the chain one time, luckily catching the lights before they hit anyone or the table. Also sent pictures of towel bar that was not screwed into wall that came off while hanging a towel up. I asked the owner in good faith to refund the service/cleaning fee since the place was filthy and he completely ignored my texts about this. Sorely disappointed that the cleaning fee was not refunded when we were walking around with black feet the whole weekend we were there and wiping up other people's hair. I also let him know that things were odd with the electricity and certain outlets not working at all. He has not communicated back to me since I asked for refund of cleaning fee, which is disappointing since I made an effort to let him know things that needed fixed prior to next guests coming.

Ken was friendly and super helpful with all/any questions we had. The unit is 100% a family must. It felt like we were at home. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this apartment - the balcony was incredible! Loved being steps away from the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped but could have been a little cleaner - the dryer had something in it that smelled of cat urine and there were some stains on the couch and comforter. Had some issues with the refrigerator but Ken was very responsive and addressed it right away. Overall I would recommend staying here! Great place to relax by the shore.

Owner of this property takes pride in providing a great beach experience. Very quick to respond to questions. Great location with unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access.

Ken is a super nice host! I could watch my son and husband fish while I was on the balcony. And the short walk with a toddler to spread our quilt on the beach to play in the sand was perfect! Beds were comfy and all appliances worked well. Cleanliness rating was due to stairwells in building.

The view was beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. The house was a little small for the six of us but it was worth it to be right on the beach.

As with our last stay at this Condo, it was perfect. We really enjoyed the upgraded new sofa. It fit great and was comfortable. The balcony overlooking the Ocean and Sunrise is a wonderful gathering place and essential to start the day here with breakfast. The Location can't be beat and is convenient for uptown or downtown, as well as, OC West or Fenwick restaurants. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. My family and I will definitely stay here again next summer. The condo is very spacious, enough to have family in Rehoboth Beach join us for my son’s 4th of July birthday celebration. Easy check in process, and great communication with Ken.

Perfect location and the view was great!!

We had a nice vacation here. It's close to stores, restaurants and things to do. Ken was only a phone call away if needed. The keurig machine stopped working and he worked with me on getting a replacement for it. Loved the view of the ocean in the morning. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay here.

Right on the beach. Great view from balcony. Many restaurants within walking distance.

The property itself is beautiful, as well as the views you get from the balcony. The only issue we had was that the house was not cleaned properly. We found a lot of sand on the couches and floors. Ken had previously mentioned that he had his cleaner go earlier in the day, so we contacted him to let him know they had not done a thorough job. Ken immediately offered to have someone come back to clean again, but we kindly declined. Ken was very responsive and seemed caring about our stay, which is why I am still leaving a 5 star review.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Very nice size, comfortable and clean. The owner was very nice and easy to reach. He offered us several restaurant suggestions that were excellent. We would definitely go back to Six on the Beach.

Ken’s place is right on the beach- close enough to some great places to walk to restaurants and mini-golf, but far enough away from the Boardwalk to have a quieter beach.

Feeling very fortunate to have found this place!

The location and view from this place was great. The owner replies to questions fairly quickly. This place was so filthy dirty. There was a quarter in of sand under the couch. There was mouse poop under the sink and mold on the ceiling next to the ac vents. There was a dirty sheet on one of the beds in one of the back bedrooms. This place needs a major cleaning and some updates. Old and worn out. Even the building itself is dirty old and disgusting. The light in the hallway is dirty and covered in cobwebs. I would not go back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

The property is lovely. It is an ideal location in Ocean City. The view from the balcony is what we enjoyed most of all. My husband and our dog, Gracey., very much enjoyed our stay. The host for the property was most affable and helpful to us.
