We had a nice stay at this home. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. We had one minor issue with the door batteries running low, and the owners were super responsive, and we did not miss a beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay, thought the 3rd bdrm should have had a T.V. for they were disappointed. Otherwise every was just perfect.

We were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.

Things are pretty outdated. If you have young children I probably wouldn’t book here.
The hot tub was nice, appreciated the coffee provided. Loved that there was a high chair there.

Very spacious place with great amenities and good access to everything CSprings has to offer. Very clean place and excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard with the kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Lovely property! It is as described, comfy and spacious. The hot tub was amazing as well! Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfy and the shower has killer water pressure :) thick-haired girls will appreciate this 😂 The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had a question.

The house was perfect for our stay. Location close to shopping and some good food. Hot tub was our morning and evening spot to just relax either before or after a day of sight seeing. Manitou Springs was a easy 30 minute drive made the trip many times.

We had a really great time for our 2 days in the CO Springs area. This location was great for us. We were really impressed with how easy it was to get around the immediate area. There was a grocery store and Sams both close. The house was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Property was as described. It has a few bumps and bruises in some walls, doors and floors, but to be expected for a rental. Nothing that was distracting or took away from the experience. Even though it was not in immediate area of Pikes Peak and g of the g's, it was still close enough to be very convenient and this area was much less crowded. Would definitely stay again

We found the property as described. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Our only suggestion is to have better lighting in the backyard by the hot tub.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great touch and the space in general is great. We stayed here with my in-laws for my sister in law’s wedding and it was perfect for all of us and our kids. We will be back!

We rented this property to be close to USAFA to be close to my daughter. This property was perfect because when she stayed with me on the weekends there was space for her to relax and enjoy. I loved the backyard where there was a place to have a fire and relax while grilling. This is now at the top of my list of places to stay in Colorado Springs!

We stayed with our 4 kids and thought this was a great home for our family! It has great space for all the kids to sleep. And our kids were extra excited about the toys and games! The location worked well for our activities and was close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The property itself was great!
I received what looked like automated text that gave instructions which were helpful, so not sure if I actually talked to anyone. It wasn’t very personable. Checkin was very easy and we had no issues.
The beds were very comfortable, and they had all the extras we needed. The jetted tub was a wonderful addition to the evening after a long adventurous day. It was very close to a Starbucks and a McDonald’s to grab before heading out to travel.
I would mention that if you do not like in this state they have a law that was passed that you have to buy bags from EVERY store. So if you are use to Walmart giving you free bags or going to an outlet mall and getting a bag it is not a thing here. This would have been helpful information!
Over all it was a wonderful spring break in this house!

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood. Relatively close to everything! Hot tub was great, my family really enjoyed the evenings in it after all the walking we did everyday!

Rented for Christmas with son who lives in Colorado. House is in neighborhood with good location. Very quiet and very little street traffic. Home was clean, had great family room, strong wifi and streaming services on TV. Hot Tub worked great and was a great asset. Home is near multiple grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Ann was super responsive to any questions. No problems or issues during stay. Would certianally rent this again.

House was in a good neighborhood, but Not as remote as I would of liked. Houses are more or less on top of each other. Hot tub heater is not working and we were not able to use it on the first night. It was fixed by midday Saturday. Carpets needed cleaned, walls really need a good cleaning or replacement. A couple of doors have large holes, that look like they were poorly patched. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, so that went fast. Beds we super comfortable and bedding was excellent. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Quiet and pleasant.
The location was perfect for us. Near family. Communication with owner was not what we expected. We had a terrible odor in the disposal. Called. Texted. The owner did not fix the problem. We could only use one side if the sink. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We prefer a place where the owner is a little more responsive.

The check in process was so easy, communication with the host was very smooth, the house was exactly what it looked like online, and it was in a great location central to a wide variety of things to do in the Colorado Springs area. Home was clean, with ample towels and linens. Hot tub was clean and up to temperature before we arrived. Smart tvs with Roku worked well. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was exceptional and she made instructions to the house very clear (access code, HVAC settings, wifi password, check-out procedure, etc)!

We loved it!
We were a little apprehensive renting a home in a neighborhood as we’d only rented in tropical vacation destinations before now, but our expectations were more than exceeded. Our goal was family time and the layout of the home was perfect. The decor and furnishings make for a relaxing environment. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.

Perfect Colorado Rental
This was truly the perfect rental for our family. Perfect location to everything. We loved all the extra amenities the house came with. There was a pack in play and baby gate which came in so handy for my grand babies. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and backyard sitting area. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and having dinner with my family every night we stayed here. The open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We live in Texas so there are no mountains around here so being able to wake up each morning from the master bedroom and see the tops of the mountains and see all of the fall colors was perfect. I can not brag enough on this house. It felt so homey for all of us. We were sad to leave. We will definitely be back for another family vacation stay. Thank you Ann for a perfect family fall vacation.

The property is as advertised. Sue the owner is very friendly. We had an issue with the door code and she was on top of it. Their doggy Olaf is very sweet and my family loved his visits to the window and outside:). The house is very family friendly. The only thing that I did notice but didn’t ask if was available is a place to do laundry. We stayed for my sons local Harvest Race, so it was close to quite a bit. We recommend:).

Family getaway
When looking for places to stay for our whole family, we decided to look for a house as opposed to a hotel / motel. We could not have been happier with this property. Everything that we needed was there. We had enough bedrooms/ bathrooms for 4 adults and a toddler. All of the necessities for daily living were included. There is more than enough room to run around in. The kitchen was easy and big enough for us to work in. We did encounter a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom and the owners were very quick to respond and fix the issue. You really don't have to do anything when moving in. Everything you need is there for you. The check in and check out process are easily explained. The property is a close drive to whatever stores you need to go to. Access to the main roads is very easy. I would definitely stay here again
