close enough to the airport

Old and outdated hotel. picked it because it is close to the airport but the staff told me that a taxi to the airport is 30€ and the airport is only 4.5km away.

There isn't public transportation media near the hotel, difficult to go to the center without a car or moto

- room was clean enough; - ac, flat tv, good bed maîtresse, mini fridge; - room was cleaned every day; - free toiletries every day (shower gel, teeth brush, toothpaste, soap); - towels changed every day; - 2 bottles of water (0,5 cl) for free; - a 6/10 breakfast (not so many items to choose:croissants, butter, toast bread, nutella, turkey ham, salami, melted cheese, 2 types of tarts, boiled eggs, jam, fruits yogurt, mini cakes, tea, fresh juice, coffee and water).

- location (very bad location and very far away from naples) - any noise is heard in the room (at 2 am in the morning we were woken up by the moaning of the horny neighbors from next door) - at the end of you stay you need to pay 5 euro/person/night (city tax) - bus is at 15 minutes away (waiting time for the bus was very long from 25-40 minutes…)

it was very dirty. On the 2nd day, those who came to clean only collected the bed and left. They didn't even change the towels! shower head was broken. Blinds were broken

-very noisy area and patio -the toilet tank was making bad noises at 11 p.m -staff didn't speak english, no polite and zero customer service. -I have called them because the address was wrong and I have been cut off. -far away from any public transport -the shower head wasn't working properly and the sink was accumulating water.

It was alright for one night before leaving to the airport.

The hotel messed up and gave me a room they already gave someone else. So at 10:30 pm there were men banging at the door saying “open the door come out this isn’t your room” in thick accents not explaining anything. Of course I told them to call the room because the hotel is in a very sketchy area we couldn’t tell if it was fireworks going on every other 30 minutes or gunshots. Once I got the call and opened the door they busted in yelling about this wasn’t my room mind you I had the keys, remote, and AC controller all having the room number, after they got done doing all of that they just left and said to keep it. They scared my little sister and cousin and my friend with all the yelling and theatrics.

staff was unbelievably helpful particularly shuttle driver Gianni - we arrived very late at night. He was very communicative and accommodating. Morning staff was very nice and a nice breakfast included

room was meh- we stayed overnight late night plan and early morning departure so it worked to just lay our heads down. close to airport

Location was also not good.

We booked this place in Naples. When reached there there was no place with name hotel cesirja and then i tried to call on a given number and send many msgs but no body responded. They didn't even reply. So, overall I can say that they are fake.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and they stored my bag for me for extra days without charging me.

The toilet seat was broken and the shower handle. The sheets were not comfortable, felt stiff and you could feel the plastic underlay. The location is seen as out of town so Taxis charge you double the fair. Also nothing much around the hotel. As one taxi driver called it “it’s a desert nothing around”.

Close to the airport, shuttle transfer available from there to the hotel for 25 EUR. Must be agreed in advance. Value for money is good, if you lower your expectations.

The location of the hotel, apart from being close to the airport is very inconvenient. Nearest bus stop is within walking distance, but the area does not seem very safe, especially if you are a group of girls. Perhaps that was just a newcomer's impression, because later we realized that big part of the city actually looks like ghetto. Shuttle was fully booked during the day. We got Uber taxi to the center, for 20EUR, I believe we got lucky as that was the only car available in the area. Breakfast was basic, mainly sweets. But there were some boiled eggs and salami. I believe everyone can find something, but don't expect standard hotel buffet. I would not recommend for small children though. Room walls, felt like we can hear every move by the neighbors. Loud music was pounding until 12am. Pictures on Booking are probably of earlier times of the hotel, when it was new. In reality everything looks old, used up. Staff was kind, but the receptionist does not speak too much English. He has a handy printed directions to the center at the reception, but it's hard to get detailed info.
