A very clean, comfortable, pleasant and well-designed hotel. Located in the center of Via Toledo, very close to a train station. Highly recommended, great value for money.

The clerk was not at the reception most of the time. However, the hotel staff was available on the phone and helped with everything we asked for.

Toledo Relais is located in an apartment block next to the Italian gallery and is surrounded by many shops, restaurants and attractions. Perfectly comfortable and a great escape from the hustle and bustle on the streets. The staff were friendly and communicated exceptionally well.

The air conditioner wasn't too strong but that's only minor. Everything else was great.

I liked that the windows were so soundproof that we didn't notice that we were situated on one of the busiest streets of Naples.

The personel were not there to let us in as promised. We got into the property by chance when one of the other residents heard us knocking. No one was there to greet us and no-one came. After an hour we received a text with information on how to enter the property by ourselves. We made a new agreement to check in the next morning. The next morning no one was there - again. We didn't get to meet the personel until checkout. Extremely bad and frustrating experience with this lack of communication. Very disrespectful. The bath was so full of chalk that we needed to clean it to be able to shower. The drain was clocked. The bed was stiff and there was hair on the sheets.

it was in a great location and it was just what we needed. we explored and were hardly in the room so it worked out.

we were on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny and a bit scary (felt like it was going to get stuck). we could also hear the people in the room next to us..

Good location with a fair price. The staffs are nice. Everything is clean and the room is quite since the windows and balcony is facing the lane instead of the street.

The staff will only answer the email by Italian. You need to translate it. Also they were not able to produce the right invoice at the first time. Please work with the staff to produce your invoice. There is no instruction if you're late to the gate. But, the gate keeper will let you in if you call it from the ring machine.

Room property changed, no maintenance at all. Room safe out of order, commitment to repair within the day after not fulfilled. Room lock out of order. Bathrooms heating system out of order No instructions about how to enter in the building provided at the check-in, it was an issue to enter in the night. No more nice break fast available in the flat Bed lights out of order.

the room was spacious, with a balcony, airy and sunny,located in a very central, commercial area with lots of sights nearby, supermarket, restaurants etc and bus/metro stop. And of course weloved the hospitality of Alessandro who not only allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived at the facility , he also helped us to book a taxi to the airport!

the only thing I didn t like was the bathroom. It was rather small and the showerhead was not working properly.
