Well equipped, clean, modern apartment. Good location and value for money.

The chairs - why are they so small? - must have been accidentally purchased from the children department ;-) Not comfortable to sit on them.

André was a super host, in touch with me long before I arrived, then right there in person, to help me find the apartment when I had difficulties. Not only did he recommend exactly where I could eat dinner, but even accompanied me to the lovely little town square, checking if all was ok. A warm, friendly happy person to talk to. The apartment was tastefully designed in a simple but appealing way, with lots if warm personal touches. Very clean, lovely outside terrace area.

I would normally expect a host to include on his description that a steep set of long stairs led to the apartment, difficult to carry up my luggage, as a 68 yr old female pensioner. BUT it was no problem because he was there and carried my luggage up for me. One small suggestion I have: The green light inside the entrance, on at all times, I found very bright when lying in bed ready to sleep, as the white wooden dividing screen let the light thru. I finally threw a blanket over it and slept deeply. Perhaps a simple large shawl or ???..would help? Just a thought.

We were sent photos of what the key box looked like and the key collection procedure, which simplified entrance. The room was interestingly divided with an open bookcase unit so you had the sense of two rooms, with a TV on a swivel, so you could watch from the couch one one side or the bed on the other. A convenient kitchenette completed the package.

The neighborhood left a little to be desired, and it was a bit tricky on the one-way street to find parking, although not far, on a square, it was available.
