The new and modern kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juice squeezer, etc., and much kitchenware. The house has FREE WI-FI and a large TV 55", Smart TV, with international channels, 100 english channels, and DVD, and NETFLIX. The Villa is available for guests stoves and heaters, a fans and hot air.

The house has a tropical garden with palm trees, totally private, with beautifull views of Mount Teide and Orotava Valley, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There's a play area for children, a picnic area with barbecue and dining area, a sitting area with loungers and a beautiful HEATED swimming POOL in size 4 x 6 m (13x19 ft).You can enjoy the pool with nice bathrooms thanks to the water temperature of the pool. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence approved BABYSECUR, which can be removed. The POOL is HEATED all year. There is a parking area for three cars within the plot.

The place is very quiet, in one of the best areas of Puerto de la Cruz. However, the house is 5 minutes driving from the beach in Puerto de la Cruz, or 20 minutes walking. The neighborhood has a supermarket and restaurants.On the area you can find the famous Bar Casa Abaco, an elegant canarian Mansion, or you can visit Casa LaLa or Restaurante el Rubio for a nice meal just walking distance. You can also get to the busy area of La Paz, with many restaurants driving one minute or walking down 10 minutes, where you can also visit The Botanical Garden.Only 500 meters away, you can play golf in one of the exclusive golf courses of the island: the Rosaleda Golf. Tenerife North Airport is just 20 minutes drive and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 35 minutes.
