They charged me 800rs while i booked the hotel for 464. The staff behaved very badly.

Stayed only for one night as air conditioning was not working, room keys were not given by the property saying that keys are lost so it was not safe to keep the luggage it the room. please

THERE IS NOTHING I LIKED . NO AC , NO HOT WATER , NO SOAP , NO TOWEL , NO OTHER HOTEL NEAR BY TO CHANGE . HAD COME FOR WORK JUST CLOSED MY EYE IN ROOM HOPING I COULD GET AWAY NEXT DAY . DO NOT HAVE SUCH HOTEL TIE UP

Nothing I liked.

There was no service. Staff were not responding properly. After asking for multiple times for towel, housekeeping for cleaning. Then they do. They provide single towel for 2pax. As per the hotel they should 2 towel for 2pax. No service available. Staff were busy in their phone while we are asking for service related help.

We like nothing at the hotel.

No mirror no towel. Unclean room alotted. Staff arrogant. Least bothered about the customer

bed was dirty, Tv was off, broken toilet, rude staff. Money for breakfast was charged but didn't get. as they told there is no cook.

Despite having breakfast in my booking, the property did not provide breakfast and asked me check at my end. it was waste of time in the moring and then in the evening.

Bed was in bad shape with dirty bed linen from bed sheet to very thin quilt...not at all good

When I booked at that time my breakfast was included but they denied in the morning, they charged me for the breakfast.
