Stay was very comfy, as my flight landed early I wanted a early checkin so made a request for checking in early , knowing my thing they gave me a early checkin as well as upgraded room so very much satisfied with the service of reception girl Ms Prerana.

Staff were really helpful, Front desk people were very helpful.

The breakfast was so bad that we had to go out and eat and the staff mannerisms in the reception was so bad and there's no smile on the face and not welcoming we came late in the evening there was no water or any thing we didn't consume anything in the room and they charge us I think will never come to your place if you would like to talk to me you are most welcome to ring me on 9871431946 or my uk no 07956868634thx Mr Mrs govind

We got stuck in the lift so many times we couldn't open the room and one more thing about your guy who opens the door for you when you come and he told me to pay 50 rupees to the rixa driver and the cost was only 30 rupees

Overall disappointing.Shabby property , rooms are not very clean, no towels ( had to request them)walls need repainting - no charm. We booked a room for 3 people and arrived at 2 am but there wan no bed for 3rd person and had to wait for a dirty mattress to be laid on floor. Overpriced due to location- is 5 minute walk from Select City walk mall.

Great location, room size. The security guard Mahesh Sharma and bablu were very helpful.

The breakfast buffet spread was limited, repetitive and were served cold. We took half board. The dinner had a set menu with limited options and the waiter insisted on ordering less. The bathroom needs maintenance. The housekeeping staff needs more training. They were slow and inefficient in replacing the water bottles and towels. They allowed only two devices to be connected in wifi and didn't change the limit even after requesting..

My wife had food restriction, so they made special dish in breakfast. Also there were more other options.

Towels, looks over used need to consider getting new supplies. Exhaust fan in bathroom… not capable to keep bathroom fog less.

The hotel is in excellent condition and everything works well except the general manager, who is not at all courteous and doesn't seem to care about the guests as much as other staff.
