Felt like a corporate hotel not for tourists. Reception staff very Staid - dull, old fashioned and really did not go out of their way to assist. Rooms are small and old. Shower water leaked all over the batheroom floor. Refrigerator did not work. We arrived 7.30 am and could not check in to 12 noon. We offered to pay for a room early and were charged $270 for the room against $170 that we originally paid. … ripped off not good customer service.

The service very bad. We asked for a plate to have Dinner they said we need pay 519 Rupee for the plate. We called thrice in a day for the house keeping. They don’t have any extra bed providing facility for the guest even if you are willing to pay.

The room entrance cards were horrible. We stayed their for 5 nights and we had to go to reception minimum 8-10 times to fix the room card. They weren’t working properly. The service was horrible, they claim themselves a FOUR STAR hotel but based on their service if you judge them they are TWO star. Food is expensive but not at all tasty. In the breakfast i saw waiter taking fruits in a plate for a guest through his hand. I saw them giving the used cartlaries of one guest to another by just cleaning them with tissues they weren’t washed.

Proximity

The Room had no bathroom scale, even at their Bell desk, and reception did not have any clue they advise me to go to kitchen section they have receiving scale!! Their system was down during checkout. Only good was their Breakfast selection and it Was always crowded
