They upgraded us to a business room. Service was good and breakfast was also good

The location of this property is just amazing. The rooms are very clean, though small it has a good ambience.

The staff messaged in advance to ask if I had any preferences so I told them what I wanted, but none of it were actually implemented. I actually found it to be very good that they asked in advance but it was way more disappointing that they didn’t do anything about it. I would have had no expectations hadn’t they asked me to begin with. There was literally just one towel in the room even though I had booked for 2 people, I had to go down to the lobby to let them know if they could keep two towels the next time there would be a turn down service and again it was just one towel, not sure why it was like that.

Наверно лучшее, что есть в этом отеле это его географическое расположение. На фото отель выглядит как отдельное здание с достаточно широким подъездом, но это не так. Выход прямо на пешеходную улицу и такси заезжает на тротуар. Достаточно услужливый персонал. Хороший завтрак - большой выбор.

Это не отель пять звезд. Старая мебель, плохо работающая система вентиляции. В целом изношенная инфраструктура.

our shower flooded. there was only one bedside stand our first room was beside a pack of loud dogs. It felt it based its pricing on the location and not much else

The location was fantastic- everything felt like it was just a stone’s throw away and very easy to access all the main attractions/ sites. Breakfast was tasty and there was quite a big selection of food to choose from. The ambiance was also quite nice with the live cultural musicians playing on a couple of the days of our visit. The staff were pleasant, always smiling and always seemed happy to help.

The room / hotel didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom in my room was not as clean as I would have liked (taps had grime which easily came off when wiped suggesting the room was not cleaned effectively). Little things like only two bath towels instead of the customary 4 were in the suite (no hand towels, mat) were given which would have made a difference. However, when I asked for more towels they were provided. Not enough attention to detail for some of the small things- quite a lot of dust on the lampshades and under the bed and plates from guests which they left outside their rooms sometimes took some time to get cleared away.

Warning: The reviews with a "10" rating are fake and forged by the hotel's staff. Before booking, I was questioning the reviews as they were either poor or perfect scores. Seemed very odd. We decided to stay one night and upon check out, they insisted on me giving them the booking.com confirmation number, with no explanation. This was strange since I had already paid and there was no need. As we left, the staff chased me out the door asking me to write something about the hotel. We were in a rush so I refused. Later I saw that a review with a score of 10 was submitted from my account which I had never made. It's clear that all the bad reviews on here are accurate and the good reviews are literally forged by the hotel staff. The truth about the hotel is that the rooms are small, dark, and dirty, the hallways have a smell of feces and multiple staff will chase you to move your luggage 10 feet and hound you for tips. I've been to several Radisson Blu hotels and this is truly a disgrace to the Radisson name. Please don't waste your money here.

Prasoon was amazing he was the first person we met he was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and always ready to have a conversation and talk to us. The choices of the breakfast buffet was great! All the staff are very friendly! Walking distance to all the shops and have access to everything..
