Good location near the bus terminal. Set back from the main roads so traffic noise is not an issue. Near shops and eating places. Beds comfortable, although only some dorm beds had a privacy curtain. Bathroom is adjacent to the dorm rather than en-suite which adds a bit more privacy. Reception staff were really nice and helpful. Washing machine free for guests to use between 3-9pm, and there is a charge to use the dryer. Microwave and fridge/freezer for guests to use. Small kitchen area with limited utensils for cooking basic meals but as a Muslim friendly place, no fish or pork is allowed. no eating allowed in the room but this is common in Korea and I think it's good I don't have to smell leftover food or have crumbs in the bedrooms.

Lounge/dining area is small i.e. limited seating space. I was tempted to give a lower rating because I was so annoyed with the housekeeping lady on my final day. She came into the dorm room at 8:15am and started cleaning the bathroom and then the dorm room. After cleaning the room and emptying the trash, she pulled my curtain open and realised I was still in bed trying to sleep! She hurried out after that but hassled me twice when I went downstairs to get a drink and a bite to eat. I don't speak Korean but she clearly wanted to clean my bed and I tried reminding her check-out is 11am. At 10:30am, she came into the dorm room and cleaned my bed eventhough I was still in the room but my belongings were packed by then. Guests shouldn't be chased out of the room before check-out time.

The size of the room and location near to Jeju bus terminal.

Limited time for usage of washing machine and dryer (3 to 9 pm). We are out all day and only go back at night, thus we're not able to do our laundry.

Location was good, the bus terminal is a short walk away, and the airport is very near as well.

Honestly, it was better than what I was expecting. The place is clean, spacious and the location is very close to the bus terminal and 15 min from the airport. I stayed for just 1 night and it was good

My only problem was that at night I could hear noise coming from the street, and a few people on the next rooms where discussing but after a few hours, it stopped and I could sleep perfectly.

good location, near the bus station. I made a trip to Hamdok Beach by bus. The guesthouse is a little far from the coast, but it wasn't a very big deal for me as I like walking. Plus, taxis don't cost much for short distances. I went to the seaside at night and found some young people playing games and chilling out and singing songs. I met some people and had a fun night. I walked from the airport to the guesthouse with my backpack and I don't recommend it. Also, I don't think hitchhiking works here

The location is very close to the airport, so it was really easy to go to the guesthouse or the airport ! (I had my plane at 8 am, so it was really easy to go by bus) Very clean, nice staff, private lockers, good kitchen, good bathroom...

Hair dryers were provided with every room. Good kitchen was provided with proper utensils. A good prayer room was present in the guesthouse.

It was labeled as a Muslim guesthouse so it was expected that every room will have muslim shower in the bathroom but not only was there no muslim shower, the position of the shower was too far away to be used as a replacement. Charging points were too less and too far away from the bed.

Best Location. It was near the bus terminal so there was easy access to buses. Also a couple of restaurants were nearby. Quite a couple of options.

The bed sheets were not comfy because they slide off. Restaurants nearby mostly close early.

the sheets were dirty and the receptionist didn’t speak a word of English which made the communication impossible. Considering that the hostel is near the airport, they should know that they will need to interact with international people eventually

Location is excellent. A two minute walk to the intercity bus station from where access to anywhere on the island is possible and quite frequent. Lots of convenience stores and local restaurants within the vicinity. Bed was comfortable enough. Large bathroom. Quiet room.

Blankets had some stains. AC unit had mold inside.
