Localizzato su un bellissimo promontorio con vista sul vulcano. La natura del posto con un interessante percorso a piedi. Rispetto alle recensioni fatte, le camere sono ampie e ben conservate anche se non rimodernate. Anche il ristorante principale è caro, ci sono comunque delle soluzioni alternative vicine. Da considerare anche la vicinanza all’acquario.

- Website directions from airport are inaccurate/outdated. - Staff would not help drive my family to my room after difficult journey, even though plenty of golf carts around, building far away. The lady actually said that they didn't offer customer service as they were not a hotel, but a resort. - Website descriptions of resort restaurants were inaccurate. Breakfast buffet was not as high quality American/Korean fare as we enjoyed in Seoul, and thus overpriced at $25/person. - When toilet overflowed, the janitor offered to wipe the toilet water with old towels but did not return to properly clean the bathroom. (Language may have been a barrier here.) - Mold in bathrooms throughout.

직원들 응대 특히, 키즈케어 관련 직원들 모두 최고! 조식 메뉴도 굳 아쿠아리움과의 접근성, 섭지코지 산책 등의 조건이 모두 우수!

조식 환기가 잘 안되었는지 연기가 자욱~답답한 공기, 매우 불쾌한 식사였음. 숙소 마룻바닥 많이 낡아서 스타킹신으면 올 뜯길 것같은 상태. 이것만 개선되면 대만족

온돌이 따뜻하고 온수가 잘나옴. 라운지 디너 와인바와 라이브공연이 너무 좋았음. 기본 수건 많이 줌.

비데에서 물이 안나와서 못쓰고 해바라기 샤워기는 부식되서 물이 샤워부스 밖으로 세어나가서 못씀. 방화장실엔 샤워기가 없이 욕조만 있어서 결국 씻을 수 있는건 거실 화장실뿐임.

성산 주변 어디든 쉽게 이동할수 있어 좋습니다. 주변에 맛집들도 많고요.

시설물 노후, 청소 상태 실망(쇼파 및 바닥 먼지가...) 가족 여행이라 큰 객실 필요해 레드동 묵었는데, 블루동 수영장 이용 불편, 오렌지동 편의점 이용 불편

Quite & relaxing location, convenient to have N2CU & coin laundry, near hiking sites and it has kids lounge (unfortunately we can’t visit due to cleaning day),

Some of furniture might be old and needs to refurbish, no shelter at carpark.

pool is closed , no place to have a drink or snack ! housekeeping entering the room without inking the door, wile we are having a intimate moment on the couch ! hostes can’t explain what kind of food is served on the dinner buffet and refuse to make me look at it !
