Beautiful property. Four of us were very comfortable in this condo. Bedrooms and living room are very spacious. Balconies offer a decent view of the pool and ocean (and baby deer foraging just below early in the morning). Location is great. Check in/out process super easy and communication was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean. The place was as it appeared online. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Everything worked well! Easy check-in. Loved the atmosphere at Villlamare. Will go back!

Nice place, good location. TV did not work. Was told someone would come and fix it but they never did. We had a late flight so asked for late checkout. Was told they could not accommodate. Was then asked to let them know if we would be checking out early that is prior to regular 10:00 AM checkout so that they could get someone in earlier to clean. We will not be renting this unit or any hosted by the rental agency again. Villamare was very nice though!!

This is our second time staying in Villamare and first time in this particular condo. Bed was comfortable, condo was clean and updated. Love the proximity to the beach, pool, and bike paths. My son loves to ride to the general store for a treat. Also close to a couple of restaurants in palmetto dunes. We got some take out one night after a busy day of swimming. Can hear the ocean at night, too. Will be back!

Unit 3222 Villamare … excellent
We had an excellent time. The condo exceeded my expectations. The check in and check out procedures are simple. I received a reminder email of the check out procedure the day prior to my departure. The condo is on the second floor, however, the building sits on top of a parking garage, which makes the view better than a second floor view. The view is of small ponds, the pool and the ocean. I stayed in the guest bedroom, and the mattress was super comfortable. The furniture is modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. I am also an owner in Palmetto Dunes, so I would say I am pretty picky about where I stay when I need additional space, and I would definitely rent this condo again.

Right on bike paths, pool and beach
We had a fun trip in HHI. Walked to general store for ice cream and the necessities, biked (rentals close by) to restaurants, kitchen was updated nicely and open, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, views and breezes just off the ocean were relaxing and patio was a nice bonus for adult time after the littles went to sleep. The rooms were sizable, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. The short walk to the beach and pool was very convenient. Great location for bike riding to the restaurants and shopping. We'll come again!

My family and I stayed at this location, and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and fantastic pool. The condo was clean, and I had all the comforts Of home. We would love to stay in this location in the future. Unfortunately, this company is not flexible with checkout times; we were staying in a different resort for the second part of our vacation in Hilton's head, and we weren’t able to get in till 4 PM. We asked if we could stay here and possibly have a later check-out time of maybe an hour or so, and property Management said no. While packing up the car in the parking lot, I asked the Cleaning crew if they were getting ready to clean my condo, and said the l said that they’re not getting into that condo until 2 PM. I wish they were more flexible with check out times, but otherwise it was an amazing experience and we will definitely stay there again.

This condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The pool had numerous lounge chairs and there was easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling with a family or a couple.

Excellent well kept condo in the perfect location. Quick walk on property to pool and beach. Quick walk down the street to tennis and kayaking. Bike storage in racks in garage convenient. Grocery store was easy and fast to get to. Lots of families on the property, our three teens had lots to do. It was an excellent experience from the moment we selected the property online until check out. We recommend it. Enjoy!

Location of the complex and villa was just as presented and the unit was clean. Living areas were very comfortable however the unit overall needs attention. Dishwasher door is broken, mattresses are lumpy, pillows hard, 2nd bedroom door did not open/close properly, and has very loud squeak. Highly recommend Villamare and Palmetto Dunes for beach vacation. A little TLC would earn the villa a 5 star grade.

This condo in Palmetto Dunes is lovely. All furnishings looked either new or very well kept. Comfortable beds, and plenty of deck space. We enjoyed our stay !

Daughters Wedding
This is a great place to have a wedding, the staff was helpful and everything went as planned. The unit was great for my family, the resort was as described, pool and beach was a close walk and well taken care of. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes everywhere. Peter was very responsive to my question in a timely manner.We will stay here in the near future.

Great Condo
We have stayed in many units in this complex over the years and this is by far my favorite unit we’ve rented. The updates are excellent, the view is great, and the location is right at the stairs and elevator but not loud. We will definitely try to rent from this owner on our next HHI visit.

Wonderful Beach Villa
This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed in this villa and once again, it was great! Great location...close to the pool and the beach, with a view of both from the condo. Nice kitchen and amenities if you would like to cook. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable! The villa has a great layout, with lots of room in both bedrooms and bathrooms. The only negative is the shower head in the guest/queen suite needs updating. It also has very low water pressure, making it difficult to wash your hair good and feel really clean after a day on the beach! Otherwise, everything was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

Villamare on the beach
My family stayed in Villamare 3222 this last week and it was our first time to Hilton Head and our first VRBO. The pictures of the condo made it look great online and we were hoping actual was just as good. When we arrived, the place was very clean and ready to use. The picture were accurate. It has a lot of space and all of the comforts of home. We wiped everything down due to Covid just to be sure but most likely it would have been fine how clean it was before. It was very nice having a pool and the beach right there. There was nothing wrong with the rental and we would go there again.

Family vacation
My family had a great time. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location. I would recommend bringing fans with you as the air is not supposed to be set below 72 and there are no ceiling fans so the temp is a little warm for comfortable sleeping. Also the master bedroom is right off the living area. It has French doors that are covered with sheers so there is not much privacy. Other than these things, the condo was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!
