Housekeeping staff were lazy

The lodge reception was kind enough to allot us ac rooms even though we booked non ac. the food from restaurant downstairs was good. Hot water facility was pathetic.after travel we must have a hot water facility to relax. Very disappointed to note the hot water was not there

Hot water facility, poor mattress n bed sheets not clean. Restaurant is not for family meaning it's a mix with bar. N food prices were costly

Rooms were not cleaned properly, sofas were covered with dust. Towels provided only after request and were not in good condition.

location is not good, surroundings look like slum areas, staffs are not up to date with latest guidelines, staffs do not know the rules about OCI. They kept disturbing me to get my oci and passport and to fill some kind of C form which was not required to be filled for OCI holders. Hotel price was expensive, tv was not working in room, and the staffs (waiters) did not know the wifi password. Strictly not recommended!

Horrible restaurant staff. They have no manners of talking. Hotel does not offer tea as milk comes at 10 am!!!! What an excuse..Without proper food, how will one enjoy stay? Owner is least bothered to improve despite being pointed out. Only desperate travellor should go. This hotel is mostly used by nearby college students for one night stand, and hence other facilities like food etc for family is ignored.
