La ubicación, es excelente

El horario de entrega de toallas es hasta las 5pm y no me permitieron llevar las toallas de la habitación a la piscina! Entonces nos tocó subir mojados al cuarto!

The location is right on the heart of Cancun! The room and the view of the beach was nice! The restaurant and beach were accessible, which was very nice!

The room was not very clean! A big cockroach fell on my arm in the lobby’s restroom! I was so shock that the hotel in downtown would be this dirty because it was the first time I experienced something like that! Hopefully they do better with the cleanliness in the future.

A Internet que era fundamental pra mim não estava disponível nem mesmo pagando.

The condominium is right on the beach and is very walkable, located right next to the main bars, clubs and flea market of the hotel zone. It was wonderful having direct access to the beach, and there was always a crowd enjoying the water. Beach towels were provided at the main desk and check in was smooth. Our booking host did an excellent job communicating ahead of time. The room looked exactly like the listing and we were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony, very idyllic. Last, the room came with 2 beach chairs, which were a very nice touch.

The bathroom shower door in the suite doesn't close all the way. There is visibly alot of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom on the entrance floor.

it’s all about the location! the balcony overlooks the beach. You are next door to the he party zone. No need for a taxi home. Plenty of restaurants, bars & night clubs on your doorstep. The staff were friendly & helpful

Everything you need in the room is there, also a iron, kitchen stuff and more. The room is really big and you feel like in a apartment. The view is amazing.

They coulnt find us in their list, although we already pay. They wanted us to call booking to ask where is the problem. At the end they were somehow able to find us on the guest list.... On the first look the room is clean, but if you would look on the floor , the kitchen counter or the kitchen it was not cleaned, they were still foot steps on the floor, some dirt, the kitchen counter was not cleaned and there were greassy fingerprints on the kitchen front. There was a hair in the fridge and a lot of hairs next to the shower. On the door there is a really annoying dongle which falls down and you can not close the door unless you go down and hold it up.
