Loved our stay at this perfectly located property. A short walk to Rupp and great restaurants. The decor is very kitschy and fun. Great entertaining space. Had some internet issues that took a bit to resolve. My only heads up to future tenants; there was no shower gel, shampoo nor Kleenex provided. There is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Otherwise, a well-stocked condo

We went to a concert at the Rupp Center and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and loved the fun decor. The condo has two appointed parking spots that are very convenient to the elevators. Great location!

We enjoyed our time in Lexington. This unit is very convenient to you everything you need. The host was very responsive to our needs and responded immediately when we reached out to him. We would stay here again.

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a family wedding weekend, not only was the downtown location perfect, it was very spacious with plentiful and comfortable seating for relaxing between events! Privacy was on point as bedrooms were opposite side of condo. Gated entrance and parking was on point too! Walkable to Rupp& downtown restaurants & bars..make it your first choice for visiting Lexington!

We came into town for a golf weekend and bourbon tours. The location was perfect and this condo was amazing!! We will be back.

The condo was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy. The parking was close to the unit. The location was great! We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants.

We were in town for KY football game. The unit was perfect for two couples. Clean and wonderfully decorated. Best was its proximity to downtown. It was a brutally cold weekend but we were close enough to walk to all the downtown restaurants and bars. No Uber needed!

Stayed for parents weekend at UKY. Walkable to the campus and daughter’s dorm. The apartment was spacious, comfy and beautiful!

First and foremost, the owner of this property is fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our stay. We really appreciated the gated and secured parking area. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was fantastic, we pretty much had it to ourselves! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Lexington area.

We recently enjoyed a memorable weekend in Lexington staying at the Paradiso managed by John and Michael. We arrived late evening and had no problems whatsoever accessing the garage and unit. When we walked into the unit, we were impressed with its beauty and majesty; all the lights were glowing and welcomed some very weary travelers. Actually, we thought we had just landed a weekend at one of Prince's hangouts--loving the purple and sparkling chandeliers. We didn't intend on cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip), a supply of coffee pods and packaged coffee with filters. Beautiful plates and glassware lined the cabinets and the very important icemaker in the freezer was happily spitting out cubes for our evening cocktail. John graciously offered his extra parking spaces in the garage when our family came to visit one evening. We realize that was because he wasn't leasing his other units, but we certainly appreciated his generous offer in allowing us to use them. We enjoyed an afternoon on the rooftop and took advantage of the pool, even though the water was a tad chilly. Good news is; they have a new heater for the pool, just wasn't fully installed. Would really look forward to a heated pool in the fall. John was responsive to any texts and handled tiny issues quickly. Want to know how tiny?--needed batteries for the remote. We were literally in the parking lot of the Rupp Arena--couldn't be a better location if you were attending a Kentucky basketball game or concert. Thank you John and Michael; we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely stay again if your unit is available when we come back!

The property is very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Convenient location to visit area attractions. Our only issue is that we visited during start-of-term for UK (the property is practically on campus) and the area was very noisy at night (lots of sirens, burnouts, revving engines, etc). Would stay again, but probably closer to the middle of summer.

Property was just as listed and in a great location for walking to downtown.

We are from Boston and came into town for my daughter's graduation from the University of Kentucky. This space was perfect to entertain my family and you can't beat being able to walk to the graduation ceremony at Rupp Arena! We had a great time and truly enjoyed this VRBO! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lexington, KY.

We had a great stay in Lexington, staying at Paradiso. The condo was within walking distance to activities and great dining. Communication with John was great. We loved the decor! Very nice condo, we will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great trip to Lexington. The condo was clean, the beds comfy, and location was perfect. It was a fantastic place for us and our grandkids to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The grandkids especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was convenient to be able to walk to several places while also giving us security thru the gated secure parking lot.

I was a treat staying in Paradiso! Elegant decor, comfortable furniture and so well appointed. Plenty of room and the location is fantastic!

We loved this beautiful condo. It was everything we needed for our weekend getaway! Perfect location close to everything downtown and well within walking distance to so many fun spots. We will be back!

Fantastic condo in downtown Lexington. My wife and I stayed here after our wedding. Loved the decor, and downtown location. Be careful using GPS to get there, the GPS will take you to another location with the same address. I was able to get in contact with John and he helped us locate the property. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location. Walkable to nearly everything. Older property but renovated unit. All modern amenities you’d expect in a new construction condominium. Easy process. Friendly and helpful hosts.
