very big spacious room, especially for the price we payed. nice fridge and lots of storage room for our big bags. lovely bathroom - spacious and good walk in shower. good water pressure - but not always very hot, however still pleasant. lovely staff, and tried best to help, even when some couldn’t speak very good english. beautiful pool in the adjoining hotel which you have full access to. lovely coffee shop in the lobby with affordable, if not cheap prices. no window in room so stayed dark in the morning. 30 min walk to town but tuktuks were cheap and we hired a bike the second day.

our room had no window so felt a bit closed in and was definitely a fire hazard. also, one set of stairs to get to the ground floor - another fire hazard. ants across the ceiling of the bathroom and in the sink, some went onto our towels. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

location is a bit far from the main centre in regards to walking. not an issue for people who like to walk (around 30 mins)

Spacious and clean room, great shower and we enjoyed the use of the pool in the sister hotel next door.

Location was not ideal for city centre but you can get cheap transport there and back. No one available at reception to check out

Amazing facilities, we had an issue on our first night with a neighbour and the hotel upgraded us to a better room in the Montagne boutique for the rest of our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. 2 pools you can use and motorbike rental available.

Walls are so thin we could hear people next door Asif they was in our room.

Bathroom wash basin / sink only had drips of water, no flow so useless. The room was never cleaned the entire time I was there (4 nights) and as they never cleaned the room they never replaced the toilet roll which ran out a day before I even left, my bin was overflowing with rubbish due to lack of cleaning, the air con was a little warm even on coldest temperature

The hotel has rather big territory and guests have access to two pools (both neat and clean). The location is 5min from the city center, quiet at nights and no traffic. I was a little grumpy when checking-in but the manager (Ratha) handled it perfectly and in a professional manner, for what I'm really grateful. Overall, I'm more than happy with the experience I've had.

The price.

Very very noisy. No windows in room. No housekeeping during entire stay. Bathroom floor constantly wet because of the AC condensate. No elevator. Not near any restaurants or stores. It's located in a building supplies section of town with only businesses around it.

Bed was comfy

Booked room with window. Didn't get a window. No wifi. Party in the next room at 4am, couldn't sleep. Supposed to be a quiet room. Not a quiet room.

The wifi sometimes got stuck or timed out so I had to forget the network and re-connect.

The staff were lovely, the bed was heavenly, and the pool was exactly what we needed on a hot day. The breakfast was excellent, and included, and it was a short walk (maybe 25 minutes) to the waterfront area (recommend drinks at Fish Market followed by Pot & Pan mexican/khymer restaurant)t. Quiet spot, great value for the cost; definitely recommended.

They didn't clean/service the room, but this could have been a miscommunication due to many of the staff not speaking English. They also said that breakfast was not included and we had to show our booking information to clear it up (which settled the matter).

hope the room could come with hair dryer as well. the mirror in the room is off too. both mirror in the bathroom and bedroom look distorted. it’s uncomfortable to look at sometimes

Well maintained and positioned hotel with lovely facilities and very helpful/ friendly staff you are allowed to use both sister hotels pools next door, both luxurious and relaxing, on site restaurant and coffee shop. only 2 mins by tuktuk to main centre, and they pass by all the time. liked it so much we’ve just booked our 3rd stay here

WiFi was erratic at times which is a shame

Staff very friendly. Great facilities. Very clean. Not bad location. We had a car so it was great to park there too.

The only downside was the room. It was very noisy I think because three AC boxes were just outside of the room. And this was disturbing. I paid a little more for the room with a balcony however there was no chairs to sit and enjoy it nor there was a table. I think they should have prepared it better. Otherwise it is a great hotel.

Spacious modern room, comfortable bed, large balcony with a mountain and sunset views. Nice pool to use at Montagne Residence. Staff tried hard tho there was limited English spoken.
