The service was exceptional

there was nothing that we did not like.

Beautiful beach hut by the sea, super helpful staff and a great location close to a lot of restaurants and cafés. Really happy there was a fridge to keep our water cold and use glass bottles to fill up water at reception.

The bathroom was a bit basic for the price we paid.

location is beautiful, right on the beach. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and attentive and made the effort to get to know us. The food was also excellent and good value. We normally like to try lots of different places to eat, but liked it so much here, we ate here every night of our 4 night stay, and all the meals were great. Sunset views were amazing. No air con in the rooms, just a fan, but will a constant see breeze every day, it really wasn’t a problem.

The staff where amazing, our initial plan was to stay 4 days ,loved it so much stayed 8 days. Food atmosphere staff all fabulous can't praise them enough. We had several different rooms whilst staying and this was made very easy for us from the helpful caring staff

Paradise. Beach front cottages, great beach hidden in a bay. Welcoming Staff, very relaxing atmosphere. We would have stayed longer if possible. If you seek calm place to chill out after tiring journey this is the place for yoy

Out of 3 days, our towels, beds were only changed once but only when we asked them. Service taxes were deducted but no service wasn’t given. No privacy in the bathroom as the walls were made of plywood and they had gaps inbetween them. We were given a bucket and mug but there wasnt a tap. Our shower head was broken. Frequent power cutoff. Rooms weren’t concealed and we could hear the customers from the restaurant chi chatting as well as the loud music from every corner. No water glasses ir even a single water bottle was provided. Not even a single water mug to store mug. Our towels weren’t changed everyday which is the most basic hygiene. We had small cockroaches all over the place.

The location, restaurant, rooms, but above all, the staff were all absolutely incredible! I initially had booked for just 2 nights but extended my stay for the rest of my trip. The standard rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. I upgraded to a deluxe room for my last two nights which was worth the extra cost - the rooms and the view were amazing!!! I cannot praise the owner - Mohan - and staff at The Nest highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately I fell sick on my last day (nothing to do with The Nest) and their genuine concern and care of me was truly superb. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Palolem!

Very nice place, the huts are very simple, but good mattress, good sleeping quality. Very friendy and trustfull staff. Food in restaurant is very good. It was my fourth time in Goa. This place I can recommend at any time. Palolem Beach is not a party place, so it is perfect for everybody who like just to enjoy and relax. The beach is extremly clean, no waste at all.

The staff behaviour was really good. The owner will treat you very hospitably and he is a very friendly and funny guy.

A lil bit sound proofing of the rooms may help to get a better sleep
