Location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, cake on departure day

Our stay at the hotel was unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and polite, always greets you with a smile and is ready to meet your request. The hotel restaurant has an excellent selection of Indian and continental food. The staff always make you feel at home, I must mention Hussain, Yash, Eleena, Pijush, Manoj and of course the chefs and other staff who make sure everything is as it should be. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Cleanliness was in the first place. This is a hotel that is close to the beach, as you can reach it on foot in a few minutes. It is well located and affordable but hospitality is their forte!! Congratulations to all the staff for their courtesy and friendliness. We will definitely and happily come back.

Breakfast was delicious ...... Food Hygiene was maintained very well Lunch and Dinner are also very good .... A word of advice if you tend to have a sensitive stomach ...Please avoid the Shacks at Palolem beach and eat here ..Worth the price even more than Lalit Golf and Spa

Lots of mosquitoes The commode in the bathroom is placed quite low .... will be a bit uncomfortable for people with knee, leg or back issues The bathroom floor is pretty slippery so please when sitting on the commode place a towel on the floor under your feet so that you don't slip when getting up

The property was equipped with everything that one could possibly need and its smarty planned. The staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that i was surprised how they made sure to go an extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. My mother personally loved the staff and their kind behavior. Definitely coming back next year with my family.

The rooms were nice and well maintained, and the pool was good too.

There was mold in the changing rooms next to the children’s play area, and the carpet near the gym entrance was wet.

Excellent hotel good facilities. Large room with very Comfy bed. Fabulously Clean and well maintained Great breakfast with buffet items and also a la carte options for dosa and omletes etc fantastic. Beautiful plants and decor All staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with lots of fabulous plants and trees, however this means the Pool had a lot (and I mean a lot) of insects floating on it . The water was clear and no algae at all, but all the floating insects put me off so I never used the pool.They could invest in a skimmer. There was a lot of mosquitos but that's because it's so heavily and beautifully planted.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s a lovely quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

Our checkin was really unwelcoming. No ‘hello’ is ‘ how was your journey’ I would consider this basic customer service. We had stayed here in 2019 not long after it open and had a wonderful stay in lovely rooms by a clean pool When we got to our room we were horrified at how tired and dirty it had become and I mean really dirty. Services had sticky cup ring all over, mirrors smeary broken towel holders and stain on wall and the towels were so old and threadbare they had hole in them The room was deep cleaned the Holliday which was a great improvement The pool area has dirty stained loungers and the pool doesn’t look like it’s clean either Breakfast just ok If you placed an order it was 50:50 whether you received it or it even being your order The hotel had almost quadrupled in price since 2019 but I’m not sure were the money is being spent

The way to the beach could be a bit better

This place offers the comfort of a midrange hotel very close to the beach. A rarity in Palolem.

Rooms were a bit tired. The driver of the hotel who brought us to the airport was reckless.

I am of the opinion that the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Whenever we wanted something they were prompt and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The breakfast was pretty good but could have been better.

Fantastic location and a lovely peaceful place just off the main road where you can escape the business of the centre but are still so close to the beach and all the restaurants.

The breakfast was limited for vegetarians wanting western food.

Great place to stay in palolem

Everything was perfect. Starting with the 5 ⭐️ staff and all the facilities. The food was amazing also, with variety we can choose different things, specially for people like me who doesn’t eat spicy food. I’m traveling alone and I’ve been in a lot of properties along my journey but this one was by far one of the best where I’ve been

Food from their restaurant was exceptionally good .. they took care of our preferred meals .. also baby food provided by the restaurant was good and complimentary .. will very likely visit this property again. Thou the pool was under maintenance we didn't miss it as the property is only walking distance to the beach plus their gym and play room was excellent recreation place

The in house dining is available for limited time. Since the place is remote if the hotel keeps the full dining options open it would really help people staying at hotel.
