Anfahrt durch Fußgängerzone teilweise kompliziert. Schweres Gepäck ist aufgrund der engen Treppen auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Location, room, lovely staff, tbh everything except the breakfast was nothing I would add again but it was fine just not for me.

Tutto perfetto! Pulitissimo, ottima posizione, camere e struttura davvero belli. Personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione buonissima. Camera calda, accogliente, letto e cuscini comodissimi.

Il palazzo antico ben ristrutturato in pieno centro storico è bellissimo, la camera era ampia, ben arredata, con le travi in legno, calda, accogliente e silenziosa, le divertenti scale “di Escher” per spostarsi da un’ala all’altra del palazzo, la sala colazione con gli stucchi sul soffitto molto bella e la terrazza panoramica sul tetto.

Es una casona antigua pero restaurada para el alojamiento, el detalle es que el personal no está las 24 h y algunos cuartos como el que me tocó están algo escondidos

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Charakter, trotzdem sehr modern ausgestattete. Super zentral über den Dächern der Lauben, besser geht es nicht.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig man sollte sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Wer da empfindlich ist bitte Ohrstöpsel mit einpacken.

Stunning property, clean, excellent location

We stayed in room 10, which was absolutely stunning. If you stay in room 10 you have to be prepared to climb many flights of stairs to get to & from the room. It is secluded & quiet!

This place is just beautiful! Right in centre of the city and the train station. It has beautiful rooftops from where you can see the city the amazing mountains around and a lot of stars ✨

Everything! The space, the interior design, the staff, the bed, the restaurant, the breakfast … This was seriously a surprise gem and we wished we could stay longer. We felt like we’d hit the jackpot! Just loved it and will be back again for sure. Thank you so much!!

Nothing, was exceptional.

the age of the building complete with original 600 yr old frescoes, the breakfast, it was central to old town just a short walk from the safe parking and or train station.

the air conditioning in room 2 is really poor. they know it but haven’t found a solution yet. we had two sleepless nights. otherwise everything was perfect. the hosts did offer a different room for the second night. the first night we didn’t have it on so our fault so gave it another chance but wasn’t any better when on!

This was an amazing place to stay, not only in Bolzano, but in all our years of travel. Not your typical hotel, but a historic building with amazing rooms.. I cannot recommend this place more highly!!! Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful terraces! Great shower, comfortable beds, and pleasant modern decor. The apartment is very spacious. One thing to note, the second bedroom doesn't have a door to separate it from the living room with sofa bed.

We were in Bolzano for my daughter's graduation. On the day of her presentation, workers needed to access the roof through our apartment for most of the day.The crew was very professional and careful as they did their work, but it added stress to an already hectic day.

we booked a deluxe apartment with kitchen and were given a double room with no facilities ( no table, chairs, couch, kitchen ) just a room with a bed in it & a bathroom. we werent told about this prior to arrival even though we had it booked 10 months in advance, the room rate was not reduced accordingly, we were offered breakfast included instead. we werent informed that you needed an extra ticket to get the reduced rate at the carpark ( which is further away than advertised) therefore we had to pay full price of 22euros instead of 18 euros ( per day ) the cleaner removed the card for the electricity so on returning to the room at 7pm on New Years Eve we were told that we were ‘lucky’ that someone wAs still there to get us another one. Not a great experience at this hotel, left feeling very disappointed. we were mis sold this overpriced room. If the staff were managed correctly then one might know what the other was doing.

The location and staff were exceptional. The B&B is in literally steps away from the shopping area. Plenty of dining choices nearby and an open air market right around the corner. It is a 10 minute walk to either the train station or the cable car to Oberbozen. Ana checked us in and helped us a great deal including getting our Sudtirol Mobil pass ready for us to explore the region during our stay. The breakfast was very good but we stayed in one of the apartments with a kitchen and bought groceries from the market for our breakfasts. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily and left towels and duvets folded artistically each day.

We weren't fully aware of the stairs accessing the property. While the apartment provided nice views, 4 flights of stairs were hard on our older knees. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and it seemed to tilt lower on the head end.

This hotel is an absolute charming mixture of old and new. They have played with the architecture, so traditional frescos, stones, iron work, and furnishing are styled in sleek modern ways. The amenities are fantastic. Rooms warm and spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view over the old city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was delicious. I’m already planning to come back!

The only thing I could possibly mention is that it would have been great to schedule the sauna ahead of time. That’s just a tiny thing.
