I LIKE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE IT IS IN THE AREA WHERE IT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING ex. AIRPORT, MALLS AND RESTAURANTS.

I DID NOT LIKE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE THE UNIT ITSELF WAS TOO TINY , THE BATHROOM IS TIGHT NOT CLEANED PROPERLY , THERE ARE COCKROACHES IT SMELLS BAD , THE BLANKETS ARE ITCHY . Nothing fancy in this unit. If you are picky and sensitive this unit is not for you. The pool access is not free , the building is okay but when you enter the building it smells septic tank. Very disappointed with my stay .

Privacy was good and there were useful items to make meals with and clean up. Provision of toothpaste, soap and shampoo was an added bonus,

The size was a little small and would be uncomfortable for more than 2 people. For one person it was just adequate. Having to buy a pool ticket for every time you wanted a swim was definitely a problem. Deciding to go for a swim is not something you want to have to plan and this should be included in the cost. The security people at the pool were rude and unhelpful.

the room was alright for sleeping and convenient toMOA NAIA etc but lacked ameneties that would improve ...ie poor internet ..poor television and do not expect to easily have a guest visit you ..it takes an act of congress,, Download Viber for international travelers as communication with staff is complicated at best.

Could use easier communication ,,either post that no guests allowed or make allowing visitors easier access ie use the room phone to validate guests,,give better access to internet and live tv ..possible but complicated and internet was slow at best if it would connect at all..good thing Starbucks is close to check emails.also could use in room brooms etc to do houskeeping if needed.also having more than one key would be nice so each adult didnt have to coordinate with the other to get back in if not together.

The care taker of the condo unit is arrogant. Not accommodating at all. Asked for additional money without receipt. Parking is way too expensive.

It was a very comfortable stay. Sir Ariel was so flexible and understanding.

This condo is exceptionally clean. They provide enough towels and blankets for each guest staying. The condo is stocked with all things you would need for a stay, including complimentary toothbrushes and soaps. Also, Ariel and JR are wonderfully helpful and went far above and beyond to help us with various needs. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again as well.
