The apartment is just like the pictures. We were welcomed by fresh baked apple pie and a pot of local tea, absolutely delicious and such a nice touch! The location is great, AC units are great to get rid of the humidity from outside and the neighborhood feels very safe. There even is a pineapple plantation you can visit just around the corner

Location is central to city center and day tours around the island. Easy access to main roads. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in garage below building! Building is modern as is the apartment, highly recommend!

No early check in available. If arriving early morning on a red eye flight as we did, would definitely recommend booking the day before so that you can go directly to the apartment and take a nap.

The property was nicely furnished, clean and it has an underground garage which is really convenient if you rent a car.

Air conditioners seemed weak.

Roomy so you can spread out vs a small hotel room. Quiet building (aside from on going renovation/construction within the building). Parking space in the garage is nice. Having a kitchen is nice.

A bit distant from the heart of Ponta Delgado (but this can be a plus or minus). Entrance to garage was very difficult to find. We had to have the rental agent drive with us to show us. You can’t enter without them giving you the remote anyway. The rental agent did not reach out to us before check in with the detailed instructions like they said they would. We had to email and call them to get the check in instructions.

Everything ! Extra clean. Very nice decoration. Very cosy and comfortable. Very well equipped. Very well located. Everything was well explained (we had a leaflet with all informations about the property, city, attractions…). The host was always very quick to respond to our enquiries, very good and easy communication.

Aldina greeted us in the middle of the night with freshly baked apple pie and tea. That was a wonderful welcome. The flat is modern looking with all the amenities you may need.
