Fantastic hosts all round and great location

The staff were great and very helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and a lot of space - a peaceful place in the Old Town area. The staff provided lots of nice little extras like snacks and incense and rose petals on the bed which makes such a big difference. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, the housekeeping, very impressed.

What is exceptional here is its extraordinary locality. The Aghia Sophia and the Hippodrome are (walking) minutes away, along with the Blue Mosque and so on. We were greeted by Gokhan at the QHotel (same ownership, different property) some 70m from our apartment, and our bags were immediately taken and placed in the apartment (kitchen/lounge, bathroom, bedroom) by staff. (See below). At each stage (greeting, help during, and farewell) the staff were first class. Arrangement of taxis was brilliant in a city where rape and pillage of tourists is de rigeur. This is an exceptional overall package which delivers and delivers. I have travelled to 70 countries over a period of 46 years, and whilst I have stayed in grander properties etc etc this place has got it all. Say hello to Gokhan for me….I have not given such a favourable review for many years to any of the hundreds of properties in which I have stayed

The apartment involved walking up four steep flights of stairs, no lift. There was minor A/C noise which did not bother me and I am paranoid about noise. The HW system also has its little chokes during the night, but when I mentioned this to Gokhan on leaving, he immediately instructed something in Turkish to solve/improve this minor issue. Nothing I have said here detracts from the positive aspects above

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. They decorated our room and gave us extra things which was so kind of them. Service was excellent! they gave breakfast to room everyday even though it was on 4th floor! Mustafa was so good to us! and all the other staff. Location was really good. Everything close by.

No lifts. But that is not any of the staffs fault!

Very nice and very clean Apartment in the Old City of Istanbul, all sightseeing attractions in the near by walk. Very friendly host and Staff, help will all Questions. The Apartment has 2 Bedrooms and a kitchen, all what you need is there.

The location in the old town was excellent. Extremely clean. Great service from all the staff. The breakfast, even if at a 5 minute walk was excellent, and a lot of food. We got great recommendations for tours and really enjoyed our 6 day stay.

From check in to check out amazing service.Gunes was so welcoming, we would definitely stay there again. Gunes even messaged me the day we checked out to tell me that my daughter forgot her iPad. The cleaning staff were very professional also. Everything about the property & staff were excellent.

The room suite was perfectlt clean and had the best staff always there to help when needed , you can call or text they always respond ... had my ride to the hotel and back at the airport on time , my covid test got on time too.

The only think that the breakfast cant be bring to the room you have to go to the restaurant 5 min away, i didnt really have time thats why i didnt do the breakfast

Perfectly located and easily accessible, the apartment was a great choice for a short sightseeing stay. The bedrooms are flawless and the kitchen is generously equipped. Thanks for the wine, fresh fruit and snacks!

Very minor maintenance issues, nothing to worry about. No sitting room, but the balcony is nice. Street parking was not free but inexpensive at 40 TL/day.

A comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay in Istanbul, including a smart TV so that you can settle down to a good film with a takeaway on those nights you don’t want to eat out. The location is ideal being a short walk from all the major sights. The Q Suite staff are super helpful and each day replenish the apartment with fruit and snacks.

The breakfast is served a short walk from the apartment in the main hotel.

We have been in Q suites for 5 days and everything was great! The host and his team made our stay unforgettable, each day they put some sweets in the apartment, they have been available every time we had some request. Apartment is in the old city and everything is on walking distance. We are coming back! 😊

Everything was perfect! - Location - near blue mosque, but on a quiet street and you can sleep well - Breakfast - in different building (7 min walking) on the rooftop with a view on the sea and the old city roofs - Apartment - everything you need, clean, beautiful - Owner and the staff - amazing, welcoming, help with everything Highly recommend this hotel😃

Gokhan and Sehmet were amazing and very helpful! They treat you like royalty. They surprised us with sweet wine, fruits, and desserts which totally made our day! We love it there. I’ve travel a lot and Im pretty sure it’s probably 1 of the best hotel apartment I have stayed at. I feel safe, secure, and pampered! The smart tv is awesome coz I can watch Netflix and YouTube! Many hotels don’t have this. I am so lucky to stay here. It is close to everything too! I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, helpful staff and very warm treatment. Fitting private Hamam in the room was definitely an outstanding Idea and for sure the most thing I admired personally! I was hosted in a lot of hotels in Istanbul but I must say that Q suites is one of the simplest yet the best places to stay!!

I have traveled to 42 different countries over the years. This property is by far the best I have ever stayed in. The value for the money is second to none. With the service I was provided by the staff it made me feel I was staying at a 5 star property. The breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect with only a short walk to all the attractions in Old Istanbul. Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul a memorable experience.

Everything was really perfect, Before check-in Mr Gokhan was really great person contacted me at WhatsApp in case I need any information before arrival, We got a very nice welcome drinks upon check in and some complimentary dinner too, the room well designed, well arranged, everything you need you can find it, all amentias was there, Housekeeping did a great job, I'm frequent traveler for many year and this the best hotel I ever stayed so far, Planning to go there again very soon, Mustafa at reception is very good person and very helful, he made our stay amazing, Thank you Mr Gokhan and Mustafa.
